On Saturday March 7 around 5:50-6 pm I ordered 12 pieces signature chicken family meal with custom 4 thighs 4 leg 4 breast $1.59 extra but when I picked up and got home. Cashier was very rude to myself and other customers. He didn’t understand the menu or what I was trying to order and when I opened my phone to show him he walked off and did something else. Two minutes later he comes back and says, “do you know what you want now” in a rude tone at which point I tried once again asking him for the hot ones combo.He looked at me like I had 3 eyes 4 arms and purple spotted skin so I pointed at the menu behind him pointing at the hot ones menu. He finally understood and I paid for the food. I was given my drink and was shocked to find out they had zero iced tea in the building and that they had ‘ran out’. I don’t drink soda so I got disappointingly filled my cup with water and waited for my food. A few other customers ordered and he was rude to them too telling them to wait while he did his personal tasks. When I got my food it was cold and they had forgotten my sauce. I went back in and the cashier said “what” when I approached the counter and I informed him that he had forgotten the sauce that I paid for. He then turned around grabbed a sauce packet and threw it across the counter and said “here” before going back to whatever task he was doing. No apologies were given and I was left with cold mediocre Popeyes and the broken promises and dreams of hot fresh mouthwatering chicken. Terrible.

I ordered for delivery, the site states NOTHING about a third party handling the food, the food i NEVER received. Call the store, they have NO IDEA who took my food. Waited an hour with hungry kids for them to tell me nothing. I got the money back, but I was willing to spend it and waited!

The food is never hot. Chicken… fries… none of it. It’s always just warm or room temperature. Their spicy menu items are not spicy. It tastes just like their regular chicken. If they even give you sauces at all, they’re not the ones you asked for. I’ve been here 3 times and it’s always the same. I’m done with this place.

In the middle of taking my order, the guy tells me “welcome to Popeyes can I take your order” I was confused I was like “are you talking to me? I just placed my order” Went to the window, took for ever to give me my order, checked my order and they had not given me my sandwich, I had to go inside to get my missing item. Seems like people here don’t know what they are doing, understaff or something. They also forgot to give me the freddys cup or if they didn’t have it, they should’ve let the customer know, we specifically went for the kids five nights at Freddy’s deluxe meal

Tried to give the is place a chance since it opened a few months ago. I order the simplest items and order ahead so it’s on paper and 50% of the time the order is wrong. Staff is either not trained or clueless. They don’t know a breast from wing from thigh from leg. Awful.
