I am always hesitant to give poor reviews, but im just put of patience with this ChickFila. It seems that every time Ive come here, my order is either, wrong, delayed, or just forgotten about.
The most common issue is the mobile through scam. They get your money, they get you stuck in line and they take their time with your order. Today for instance, did a mobile order for my kid for a breakfast burrito, hashbrowns, and a water. I was the 2nd car in line with no one ordering in the normal line. Before I got my order, 11 cars went through the normal line and 10 minutes past while the rest of us sat.
I tried to politly joke about the delay with the guy who brought the food and I got a quick “sorry boss” as he walked away.
Please do better guys.

This store has kind, respectful employees and delicious food. The drive-through is fast enough to suit. If you order ahead online, it’s incredibly fast. My order is almost always correct as well. We’re blessed to have them here in Jefferson.

Went through the drive thru today and it was crowded with cars coming in all at the same time. The workers did a great job handling the crowd but I notice a specific individual who was literally running to get orders out to each car to get the line moving. Every time he reached a customer’s window with their food, he pulled out his smile when handing it off and then rushed back to get the next order out. I know it was a team effort handling the crowd, but I was very impressed by this hard working employee whose name was Brodie. This store is doing a great job!

Have gotten my order forgotten and several minor mess ups that I can forgive, but this is just ridiculous. We ordered two different 3ct tenders and this was what awaited us. Above is the normal tender and below are the nuggets instead. And as usual for this location, no receipt was given and I didn’t want to devote the hour needed to remedy since we only go there after shopping, though that will no longer be the case.

The service is always friendly but whoever they have on food line doesnt understand how to follow directions.
Ive never had a meal come out as ordered lunch of breakfast. The biggest issue is always with the chicken biscuits in the morning.
I asked for double butter in the inside of biscuit and the lady taking my order assured me she got the extra butter added.
Well my biscuits came out with no butter.
I took it back and showed a different lady up front I believe he name was Mallory working this morning (2/14/26) she apologized put in special notes to butter the inside of the biscuits and guess what.
Again no butter on the inside.
This is not a one off occurrence but every time I visit this location for breakfast and ask for extra butter via drive through or inside its wrong.
I had to leave this morning without having biscuits because I didnt have time for them to make it a 3rd time and hope it was correct.
There is $7.50 down fhe drain.

Really good service overall and the staff does a solid job. The only downside is the wait time, it can be a bit longer than expected, especially when other locations tend to be much faster. Still a good experience, just something that could be improved.

Went inside for lunch and ordered to go. The drive thru line was long and not moving all that fast. A lot of young staff. There was no line inside. Waited a couple of minutes for someone to finally stop and ask for our order. Service was slower than the typical Chick-Fil-A experience but staff were friendly. Nuggs were hot but the flavor was way off maybe it was just me – wasn’t good ♂️.

I ordered a nugget tray about 20 mins before closing and Tim and his team made it happen! No questions asked and so polite about my poor time management!! I pulled up after they had closed and my tray was waiting for me! Thank you!!

The last four times I’ve done the online order and came to this restaurant. They have left a piece of my order out. Yes, they did refund me the item, but then I would have to turn around and come all the way back to Chick-fil-A to get what they left out because it was part of dinner four times in a row is ridiculous
