Like another person said, the Hot & Ready wasn’t Hot & Ready. I went about 3 months ago & still had to wait. But it’s not the 1st time. May as well just call & order a regular pizza. And the pizza is store frozen quality at best. If it’s really H&R, it’s passable on the go, but if you still gotta wait, just order ahead.

When I pulled up for my order through the drive thru I waited for nearly 5-7 min before even seeing a worker go by the window. Which when they did they looked at me and walked away. Once the other worker came to the window, she stopped to talk to other coworkers. Then opened the window. Instead of a greeting, she said “ just so you know unless you’re picking up an online order it’s gonna be 15-20 minutes wait.” I told her my order was online and she got cocked her head to the side and said “ok. Name?” I told her she walked away slamming doors. My order was not ready yet. She obviously had to box it up. 3 minutes later she shoved my box through then window with “here ya go”. Slammed the window. I was so so annoyed. I understand they were busy but if you can’t handle customers and being busy then quit. Also once I got home I know she had to box it herself. I got Detroit style and sticks their new promotion and my cheese bread had no Italian seasoning. Defeating the purpose of itailian cheese bread. It tastes so bland.

For the second straight week I go to the Tallmadge Circle location and for the second straight week I am told that there is not a pizza ready and to pull around, only to be forgotten about. Sat there while all other cars get their pizza and leave, other cars come through drive through and leave with their pizza, while I still sit there. About 20 minutes each time. Then I go inside and they ask can I help you. I tell them I am waiting for my pizza in drive through from 20 minutes ago and everyone just looks at each other and asks what color car I drive. Then magically the two pizzas appear. Two times in a row. They just hand the pizzas over and tell me to have a good night. No apologies. No nothing. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and this is totally unacceptable. I will not be back.

My wife and I pulled up to the restaurant around 10:15pm saw one of the employees giving us a dirty look as soon as we pulled in he was mopping the floor black guy. I approached the door he gives me another dirty look and just waves his finger at me I asked if they were closed he nods his head same dirty look. He could have politely opened the door and said sir we’re closed but instead wanted to be rude. I can see from reviews I’m not the only one that’s had to deal with this disrespect. Won’t be back!!

Sent my husband and daughter there today to get some dinner so we didn’t have to cook since we’re prepping for Thanksgiving. They ordered , and they told them there would be a wait so they needed to pull around to the front , which they did. After about 15 minutes, they noticed the food was being bagged up….. So they figured it would be brought out to the car shortly…. about 10 more minutes went by and the food was still sitting on the counter bagged up….they finally pulled up to the drive through window and the lady yelled to some employee named Christian, who apparently never brought the food out, and then said “oh here you go” and my husband just looked at her and said, I’ve seen the food sitting on the counter for the last 10 minutes….not even in the warmers, we don’t even want it just give me my money back.
So if you want to wait 30ish minutes for cold food or for people to not even bring it out to you , then go to this location.

Food was great, service was terrible. Girl with dark hair in a ponytail and glasses was very rude thursday night at 9:15 pm i placed my PICK UP ORDER about 20 minutes ahead, “i walk inside and she immediately says just so you know guys know we arent taking anymore customer orders right now”, they do not close until 10 pm. I proceeded to say i have a pick up and i rudely got a “for who?” back in a very unprofessional manner, treated like an inconvenience. I seen garlic butter picked it up and asked if it costed extra, was willing to pay she walks away. She bagged my bread sticks and set my food down i grab it she says nothing not even have a good night , i go to walk out at the door she asks if i grabbed the garlic butter i told her yes do i have to pay she goes yeah its only a dollar. I walked out with very unpleasant customer service. Sad you can’t grab a to go order with a kindly manner at a fast food place.

Almost every time i order from this location something is wrong with my order. Today I ordered a pretzel crust with cheese sauce. Got home to a pretzel crust with red sauce. This is one of multiple issues I’ve had with this location. There has been times where my pizza is black, crazy puffs burnt, and poor encounters with staff. Staff is usually rude and unwelcoming. It’s not hard to read an order and put the ingredients from that order together on a pizza but somehow the employees at this location still manage to mess up the most simple of tasks.

He took my order, I paid cash and it dropped outside of the drive thru window. He bent over, waaay over to retrieve it for me. Very nice young man. Then ran my pizza out to me with a big smile. Breathe of fresh air.

From the moment I walked in, I noticed a thick layer of dust and dirt covering the surfaces. The floors were sticky and dirty. The overall appearance of the store was rundown and neglected.
As a customer, it’s unsettling to see such blatant disregard for cleanliness and maintenance. It raises serious concerns about the handling and preparation of food. I was hesitant to even order, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
If Little Caesars wants to remain in business, they need to take immediate action to address these issues. A thorough deep cleaning and renovation of the restaurant are essential. It’s not just about aesthetics; it’s about providing a safe and healthy environment for customers.
Until then, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Little Caesars, take heed: cleanliness and maintenance are not optional; they’re essential for customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Little Caesar’s on Talmage Circle always had my orders correct over the years. Cheezy, hot, never burned. Even the teen employees at this location do a decent enough job.
