Place has been around under a few owners now for well over 30 years the latest owners seem like good dudes. The place itself prices are inline with surrounding places but the best deal is their Tuesday $5.99 gyros, best deal in the area. They put a good amount of gyro meat, veggies, and sauce on their gyros. So good that I stopped getting gyros from all the other places in the area cause of how skimpy they were on meat compared to them. I have had all the variations including the pricer ones all were good. Have to check with the owners if they use seed oils in their fryers cause my family stopped eating anything made with them, but when we were not paying attention to it we had their onion rings and fries and both were great.
Place itself seems pretty clean and the look and feel is of an old diner combined with a drive in missing the drive in ordering system. There is seating outside and inside, inside is a little limited but it’s never packed. I usually get my stuff through the drive through, the drive through ordering speaker is a little janky but usually can make out what is being said.
Go their for the gyros you won’t be disappointed.

Was working close by and was told they have great food. Ordered a gyros and it was awesome. Tried the fries and they were cooked to my perfection (little well done). Nice outdoor and friendly service.

Huge gyro!! Tasted great. Sweet onions and tomatoes a plenty large cut fries to boot dine in or dine out on the patio. Loved it and definitely will be going back. Happy customer from Indiana.❤️

Ribeye sandwich was really good, very flavorful. Curly fries were a hit. My companions also enjoyed the meatball sandwich and a good burger. Quick service. A few tables to sit at inside. Definitely want to come back to try different things from here.

I have frequented this place for many many years. food has always been one of the best around. The place is nothing fancy but the food is!
I recently had the pleasure of tasting one of the best Greek salads I have ever had! It came with a pita on the side which was freshly baked and served warm. Not only was it delicious, but it was also healthy – full of fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, feta cheese, and olives. The dressing added the perfect amount of flavor without overpowering the other ingredients.
I have also tried the gyros and the steak sandwich. Everything on the menu is great. I always see the owner when I go.

AMAZING GYROS! Sliced thin and crispy and somehow not dry at all. Great tzatziki and pitas round it off. Go on Tuesday for the gyro special. Not a lot of seating inside, but there was enough room while we were there. Service was really fast for made to order and the people were fast and friendly.

(Sometimes we’d even run over with our bowling shoes still on)
As I grew older and moved away from Wood Dale, I didn’t come as often as I would have liked.
They recently started offering $5.99 gyro sandwiches on Tuesday and $4.99 cheeseburgers on Thursday.
I make it a point to drive from Chicago to come as often as possible.
I’ve even told my friends in the car community, and we will occasionally meet there to eat and socialize.

Neighborhood grease pit. Food is delicious, quality ingredients and most importantly consistent every time. They have some delicious homemade soups as well that you can sample as you wait but be warned, you will probably be adding soup to go.
