Stopped by about 7 pm to grab a sub. A group of 3, we had coupons. COUPONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT ZANESVILLE SUBWAYS. This is not a good decision. At the very least, signs should be posted before one reaches the register. All of us are on a limited budget. At the most, they need to accept coupons that are mailed to Zanesville residents or find a way to stop the coupons. I heard more CAN’T in this visit than one customer should. They couldn’t use a salad bowl for my toppings because of inventory. Same with cups. And take down that ridiculous sign on the glass announcing we ask which meats are cut in the store. It is misleading from the commercials that are telling us the meat is freshly cut, leading at least me to think it is like Jersey Mikes. Also the sign makes it impossible to see the ingredients.

Just walked in to grab food and there was someone working standing there on her phone and totally ignored me. And everyone that was in there heard me trying to get her attention.. won’t be going back there anymore!
