This place has the BEST guacamole that I have ever eaten in my entire life. It tasted fresh—like it was freshly prepared and not prepackaged. It was also loaded with cilantro (which I love) and just had a wonderful taste. I could go here and just eat the guacamole! Haha!
The chicken tacos were delicious as well. I ordered this via DoorDash and it all worked out easily and quickly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Wait staff is great and we will be back. Food was prepared perfectly. Staff attentive and efficient. Open air bar and patio were available but we were seated I side due to smoky air from Canadian wildfires.

Exceeded my expectations. Atmosphere was inviting and even with a packed parking lot it didn’t feel crowded inside. The food was delicious and the presentation was simple and elegant. Their rice was delicious. IYKYK. The Plaza burrito was large portion, meat was juicy and seasoned perfectly. We also ordered queso con chorizo – it came out bubbling!! I look forward to my next visit and now I know not to be intimidated by a full parking lot.

I love this place and their food. I’m not one to make reviews often just when I really feel like it needs to be addressed, the past few times I have come to eat here I have been greeted by Tina she always seems to be mad seems like she does not want to be working. The other employee was kind. The food and service by my server was fantastic overall. Love this place, just needs to change the way people are greeted at the front desk.

We ended up here on Valentine’s night, just because it was right down from our hotel. We figured we could walk here, and I was impressed to see the ratings.

My wife and I absolutely love Plaza Azteca. We love the fact they have two locations and both are wonderful, but if we had to choose we probably like the new south Fargo location just off 52nd Ave. South. Modern, minimal, sleek, clean atmosphere. Fantastic outdoor seating. Awesome service!! The chips and two types of salsa is so refreshing, fresh, very flavorful, and great compliment to the awesome chips!! The food is so flavorful, light and fresh. Also, the food comes straight from the kitchen hot as if just taken off the stove or oven. You need to take a moment to let it cool slightly so not to burn your mouth or tongue. My wife and I can’t wait to come back again and would highly recommend to anyone!!
