Order my pizza at 5:30 PM, from there I waited out front to get my notification that my pizza was ready so once I Got the notification at 5:55. I waited to walk into the establishment until six when I walk in it’s me and seven other people on the list that says their pizzas are ready but nobody’s pizza is ready. I did not walk out there with my pizza until 625 just to see it burned up with only half the toppings. They truly failed at extravaganza

I have been living in this area for 20 years and have been ordering from this Domino’s as long as I have lived here. In the past two months the service has gone WAY down! Terrible customer service, long wait (that was never an issue before). The young lady they called the manager.. the same person I had to deal with the last two times I have been here. Is HORRIBLE!! I have NO IDEA how she became a manager. She has no people skills, customer service skills, nor manners. I’m done with this Domino’s!!

I’ve had a time or two with this location before it’s hit or miss but this incident takes the cake. The Pizza was opened by my daughters and found ants in it. It’s terrified them. I called the store to rectify clustered and annoyed and they hung up and said call back tomorrow . I spoke with the manager and he said he would call me back after I called to complain and when I called back to inquire, they said he had left and they will not assist me and hung up on me. I definitely be contacting corporate but be aware your family and yourself if you’re going to use this location check and double check your food. It’s not safe or sanitary seemingly. And the service and management is unprofessional and lackluster. Spay your money elsewhere save yourself the hassle

Ordered delivery, received it before the hour was over. The reviews had me scared, but my pizza and cinnamon bites came fresh and was delicious. Cinnamon bites were a little over cooked would have preferred them to be softer, but they were good with a little crunch.

When ordering after 9pm it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get your food. They don’t answer their phones, when they do they lie and give you the run around. I order through Uber Eats at almost 10pm and it was supposed to be delivered at 10:35p-10:55p I called at 11:37 because I hadn’t received it yet and was told after calling for a second time it would arrive in 5 minutes. That then turned into 20 and now after the store is closed I never received my food. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Poor customer service. I was delivered a dry, cold, not cut thin pizza. Also the driver told me to come outside and get it, even though there were clear delivery instructions to deliver to the door. I called the store to resolve the issues at hand. When asked, Jordyn informed me she was the supervisor, then I was put on hold. Then a man named Todd got on the phone, and stated he was the supervisor and was extremely unprofessional as if the issues I encountered weren’t important, and I had no business calling them to complain. After a combative conversation with him, he than hung up with no resolution to the issues at hand. My rating for this location is a swift prompt -20. Professionalism goes a long way. I order delivery from them at least once or twice a month. The app is fast and easy to navigate and very efficient. The delivery drivers are always as fast as possible and very pleasant and professional. I have always received very good food on every delivery order. If you live in the area and like Domino’s, I would definitely recommend this place.

I did place a order here for carry out, ath 12:40 am cause they close ath 1:00 am. I had a issues and i never did pick up my order. I went to the store next day to try to talk with some one in the store about the problem cause i wanted my order that i never pick up. And no one help me and i loss 18 bucks.

First I must say that I did not look at the reviews of this place before I went here. the lady at the cash register really need some much better training her attitude was poor and her customer service sucks! So the wife and I decided to go here and get some pizza. Everything started off great pizza was hot, garlic pizza knots we’re fresh and hot. Then we get to the grand finale the desert and you already have seen the pictures of this thing was totally burnt like a black hockey puck on the bottom. I must admit they were doing a pretty good job until we got to this point. So I had to give it a 2 Star I was very let down and as you can see it’s burnt on the edges so it’s no way they could have not noticed that this thing was burnt! I may give them a second chance because my daughter really likes this stuff….. I’ll see you in a future.
