OK So it’s in a mall so atmosphere isn’t really something to critique, but one of our favorite ‘to-go’ restaurants. Ordering by the pie is more affordable than the combos for our family so that’s how we roll. Always fresh, hot, on time, no problems Sbarro’s. Have loved it since being a kid in Long Island, still do now as a middle aged dad who can share my love for this authentic NY style pizza with my Minnesota family.

My husband and I grabbed a late lunch since neither of us had Sbarro in a long time. The pizza and breadsticks were mediocre. But the service was the worst my husband was ignored when ordering. I asked for 1 slice of pizza and breadsticks, my husband was ignored and he was right next to me. Then when I went to pay, I was asked if I wanted something to drink, I said 1 drink and was told the total. I then asked my husband what he wanted to drink. I’m not sure why my husband was ignored by two of the workers.

The current employees are very sweet. They’re under alot of stress due to being one of the most popular food court options in the mall but have never given me or anyone I know an issue at all. Food is always great.

Ordered the combo and got a slice of cheese pizza, and Mac n Cheese. Pizza was as good as I remember it. Sbarro is no longer near me, unfortunately. The Mac n Cheese was new to me, and I’m so happy I tried it! It was excellent! Great cheese flavor, perfectly cooked noodles, and I actually had enough cheese sauce in my tin to rub my pizza crust in! We ended up getting a whole pizza to go, which we were able to tell the the cook we wanted to wait an hour for it to be done, so we had time to walk around the rest of the Mall, before we picked it up. So accommodating! We will be going out of our way tomorrow when we leave Lovely Duluth, to stop at Sbarro in the Miller Hill Mall to bring 2 pizzas home!

I ordered a whole pizza online for pickup. I was 5 minutes early, but my pizza was ready. It was ice cold, without extra cheese. I asked for it to be heated up, but was told the ovens were turned off. The employee said when my order came in that a cheese pizza was already made so they gave me that one. Wow.

Got a slice of pizza and a breadstick for my kiddo and the two staff members did not speak ONCE! Just stared at us grabbed the food to be warmed up and didn’t even ask if we wanted anything else. Didn’t give me my total just took my money and gave me change. I asked for a receipt and he looked ticked off. It was alllll very odd.

I was here for my job as a job coach. We stopped for some lunch and the person I work with(wheelchair bound, sometimes takes longer to make a decision). The person helping us didnt speak to the person I was with and instead looked to me for what she wanted. Then when I motioned for her to tell him what she wanted he walked away while she was trying to say what she wanted. The food was good but we were disappointed with the service
