The biscuits were on fire today (figuratively speaking). Fresh, flaky, buttery goodness. I love it that they have diet root beer. The chicken, original recipe, was perfect as usual. I just hope we can get inflation under control so I can eat here more often. And the service was exquisite.

I ordered tender and fried chicken , chicken was red in color not cooked properly and tender was not even crispy and was cold. Staff was unprofessional one of the guy not having dress and was sitting on front counter using phone and AirPods management should look the cameras around 6:05pm . He didn’t even take my order other girl took my order he was still sitting on front counter busy in his phone when I told them they said fried chicken looks like red and pink it’s common sense even kid can tell what’s cooked and what’s not, hire some professional staff , management should look for them. Food was garbage didn’t took any photo of it at the spot but can be seen in the cameras .

This place is disgusting. We waited for our food for 50 minutes. I asked if we could get a refund i was told the manager wasn’t working. The employee said she could give the manager my number. I told her I would wait a few more minutes. They cater to the drive thru and door dash before the people who walk in. When my food was finally ready we sat down to eat. As we were about finish with our food. There was a fly in my fill up bowl. I do feel bad for the 3 employees that were working here. It’s Friday night and not enough help or management. That’s just ridiculous.

Went to drive thru. ONLY vehicle in line. ordered 3 things, THREE got home received two. i tried calling, no answer for several times. finally someone answers, 100% language barier. she hung up on me, the phone was no longer ringing. busy off the wall sounds. ridickulous one person ordering three items two items were the same 2 mac n chesse 1 mash potatoe couldnt get it right, cant make it right, cant communicate. ill be disputing my creditcard charges, i wont be recomending west jordan redwood rd 90000 south to anyone.

Seriously, $25 for amount of food received is obscene.
2 for $5 wraps, they’re absolutely tiny.
$18 for 6 tenders that are tiny is insane. It was maybe 14-15 ounces of food.
Service was good. Food was tasty, but seemed like it was far too small sized chicken tenders. Like 1/2 the size they should have been.
I’d blame the food supplier rather than the actual store. Store did great

Someone can provide the answer to my question: was this location open on the day after Thanksgiving? I dont know of any fast food that isn’t, but around 1:35pm on Friday after Thanksgiving 2025, not a car in any parking lot, noone responding at the drive up intercom, not a soul inside the restaurant from what I could see. If you were closed for the Holliday, nevermind. If you were supposed to be open, put this in the category with all the other negative comments about poor service amd employees all disappearing

They ran out of chicken for the chicken sandwiches and snuck in tender strips instead. Only found out after I got home. They never told me and should have asked. How does a chicken place run out of chicken? Easy answer terrible management. Drive through also took such a long time. Had me pull forward and wait for 10+ mins.

Very bad service. I spent over 40 minutes there waiting in a drive-thru area where the guy sent me, and then he told me my order was gone. I want my money back. Terrible service, a terrible experience. My order was in my friend Pamela’s name, and we never got any help.

Was in the drive through with one other car in front of me. Took them 15 minutes with me sitting at the windowfor them to finally help me, then they have to cook the food. all the workers were hiding then appeared all at once. Was it a pot break? I dont know.
