I have been eating here for ATLest since I moved to Hendersonville back in 2013 and they were really on point when I went in to eat for lunch the other day!!!! And the sauces you can sample & take it back hopefully to stay! ‘the fat cat” maple and bourbon sauce is a 2 but just perfect!!!! Not to mention there fries

Love Firehouse Subs but this location needs some attention. The staff here, the night we went anyway, was not the usual greet you as you come in, the orders were all behind, our order was ready 15-20 minutes past the time given through the app and n one behind the counter could answer any questions for some reason. I dont know maybe an off night but I’ll stick with our normal location in Goodlettsville.

Terrible service. Took way too long to get two subs. 4 people behind the counter, only one actually working. Employees had airpods in and kept adjusting them and checking their phone with gloves on. Same employee went into the bathroom with gloves on and came back out without changing them.
