I called to place an order, waited an hour before calling. They didn’t have my order. They use an automated call service or a call center that had to connect me to my local restaurant. I’m never ordering papa John’s again.

Ordered online, was given garlic parm bread sticks but ordered original (my kids won’t eat the seasoned ones) called the location to have it fixed. Heavily accented gentleman I think H (difficult to understand, must be new as only ever dealt with a helpful gal before) kept saying couldn’t do anything, he wasn’t listening to me. After getting a little more insistent, I got him to understand that I didn’t get what I ordered. He said would make what I needed but told me I needed to take pictures of the wrong order and send to a number he gave. Never had to do that before. Usually fixes to my orders were way quicker with less work to convince the manager to correct mistakes made but tonight’s experience was pretty unpleasant. This location used to be more helpful. This was the first time my order was wrong enough to need fixed and not up to par. The alfredo veggies were undercooked with way too many onions but the cheese was overcooked, wasn’t horrible, still edible but wasn’t as good as it’s been from previous orders. I felt bad for the driver, she was very nice and tried to be helpful. Management and food prep needs some improvement or losing customers is inevitable.

The lady that was working 8-31-24 did an amazing job. I deliver for doordash and they had a issue with the computer system earlier in the day. She got it resolved as quickly as she could. Then she got slammed with orders while working alone. In my opinion she handled it very well and quickly.
