I just want to say the Taco Bell crew tonight was awesome I literally ordered my food which by the way was like a $58 order at midnight when I was like not even 10 minutes away waited only a couple minutes since there was a couple cars ahead of me and I received my food super fast with everything there.

I just ordered the #8 combo. This is the most pitiful taco I have seen. There is virtually no meat at all on all three tacos. But, I was certainly asked to pay full price. Taco Bell you need to do a whole lot better if you believe this is appropriate for people’s hard earned money. The second taco had no meat at all. It was a lettuce and cheese only. I feel like I had my money stolen from me.

Garbage food in the a.m . Last night in my way home from work at 2.am I ordered 2 Chicken strip tacos, and a flamming burrito.. The staff were acting like children barking like dogs while I’m waiting. When I get my food the burrito just falls on the bottom of the bag . I’ve never seen anything like it. Just collapsed in the bag. The soft shell on it and my 2 tacos are soaked in something like water or something. Just trash food. I call today to get my food replaced because the more I think about how I spent my last dollar on this garbage the more I’m wanting to say something. I call the restaurant about 4 hours ago and talked to a manager. I am being so nice to this lady even apologize for complaining, my daughter is a gm I know how people can be nasty. Well I am treated like a idiot. I was actually embarrassed by the time I’m done talking to her. No I’m sorry, she actually cops a attitude when I tell her the employees were barking so she must have been on shift that night for her to be that offended. She saids she has to call her boss and will call me back and never does. It’s like this…I paid for what I asked for! They decided garbage was good enough for me. Then act like they can’t replace my meal with out going through red tape.. so Decided to leave a review since they won’t help me . Toco bell is the worst for messing up orders. I deserve my money back but I didn’t ask for that. At this point there just thieves. What was that nasty fluid that all the shells were soaking in? The manager has the nerve to tell me it was sauce! Exscuse me mam but I had to eat my burrito from the bottom of the bag. they were not the same tacos but they were all soaked in something I’ve ate Taco Bell before that was not close to normal. . But since it was so hard to listen to my issue and resolve it here’s a review for yal treat me like a poor peasant trying to get some more free garbage food.

I went in to pick a mobile order. I provided my name and they got really frustrated that there were two orders with the same name.
I explained what I ordered and she coughed on her hand picked up a bag and said “OKAY HERE!”
I didn’t come back for a while since they were renovating.
I went through the drive thru. A different lady coughed on her hand and handed me my food!!
I was completely dumbfounded that it happened twice with 2 different people!!
I will say though there are a couple of younger ladies that are super professional, polite, and don’t cough on their hand!!

The manager of this place should be ashamed of the food they give to people. This taco bell is not good. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to Sparta and get good taco bell rather than eat this one. My cheesy gordita crunch tasted like play doh and was cold and stale.

My nacho fries had NO seasoning. Went up and asked for more, lady said “They do but okay.” Not how you talk to a customer.

It was clean, the staff was kind, what I ordered wasn’t the best…my taco was flat, broke at the bottom all the across, and barely warm, but my partner ordered more and the rest was excellent.

The food is good. It’s prepared hot and fresh. We did receive exactly what we ordered. Aside from that, our only complaint was the fact it wasn’t a quick in-and-out. There were only four cars in the parking lot. Three in line at drive through. There was no one dining inside, so i thought we could quickly be on our way. We only ordered a total of 4 items. But we had a 15 minute wait. I know they were also taking care of drive through and who knows, those orders could have been large orders. I had to ask for mild sauce and also for napkins because neither was in the lobby for self service. Hopefully quicker service next time.
