First time here. Waitress explained how to order really well. Order on a iPad. Can customize your pot. We got 4 different pots and i thought the thai one was the best tasting broth. Would definitely go again. Whole family enjoyed the experience.

I have gone twice and was happy to know that we can customize more of their soups than the iPad offers. I asked if my beef soup can be made without the beef seasoning (has peanuts) and they did so, they also changed my brother’s protein from pork to beef. Just simply place your order and inform them of the changes you want (I was worried they won’t let changes since the iPad didn’t offer the changes I wanted). The iPad ordering is straight forward, you can also ask to have “no” of whatever ingredients your soup of choice has, but not add or switch that’s something to tell them personally. The ambiance is clean, plenty of parking, and the serving is big can be for 2 to share as well.

This place is amazing! The staff make it feel like a family and each person was so sweet. The beef hot pot was super yummy. The flavor of the broth was top notch with a surprise with every dip into the bowl. Tastes of nutmeg, cardamom and clove maybe? It was sweet and savory. The kimchi dumplings were also good. I’ll definitely be back!

I wish I had better things to say, but we paid $40 for just two bowls and found a piece of plastic in the food. It looked like an oil packet. When I showed staff, they simply swapped the sauce bowl i put the piece in, without any apology or explanation. The restaurant is loud, staff rush everything, and they occasionally yelled at each other in Chinese. The experience felt uneven, as if larger parties or people who spoke Chinese were treated better. Overall, definitely not worth the price or the experience.

SO GOOD and excellent value for price. Staff could be more attentive – definitely had to flag down for water a few times. They did come around frequently for giving more broth, though, which was nice. Highly recommend the Szechuan pot. Definitely going back. Their boba was pretty good, too. I got the honey melon crema.
My one critique: Not too many non pork options for me – really only the seafood pot or the Szechuan pot. Would like to see more for those who eat halal/kosher.

Food feels more special when you eat a mix of proteins, and the Thai hot pot I ordered had at least 7 types of seafood/meat! (Mussels, clams, king crab, baby octopus, cuttlefish, shrimp, pork and more). They let you choose the spice level, which is great for people like me who can’t handle spicy food. I would give this place 6 stars if they also sold Taiwanese mango beer.

Excellent cooked hot pot. Lots of ingredients. And you could add more for extra charges. Nice decor and the food is served in a beautiful tray with a food warmer under the hot pot. Great service.

Tried this last night and it was amazing. I had the Taiwanese supreme spicy pot. I ordered it mild and it was a medium/mild, but perfect for me. You have to order with a tablet and it comes out pretty quick. They were super busy but still attentive. At first I thought 20 was kind of expensive but it’s a massive bowl and I had another full meal’s worth of leftovers. Ingredients were fresh and the broth was savory with the perfect blend of spice. Will go again for sure.

I’ve visited this spot at least 4-5 times now and the service and food is always impeccable! Even during the busiest times, the workers work incredibly hard to ensure each guest has an enjoyable dining experience. I appreciate their effort the most, as I know it’s not easy!❤️Thank you!
