I’ve been going to this Starbucks for the past 3 years since I moved to the area. It is quite smaller than a lot of other locations, but it doesn’t detract from the service/quality of drink and food served. To be fair, most Starbucks are busy/buzzing and especially when I go in the mornings (a few times a week sometimes). Even in the midst of chaos, the baristas and baristos do their best while juggling the orders through drive thru, inside customers and mobile app orders. All while keeping a positive attitude and smiles on majority staffs faces. The best way to order here is through the mobile app in my experience. My order is typically ready by the time I arrive – drink(s) and food. My go to order is the vanilla sweet cream cold brew (with special requests of course) and being GF – I enjoy the egg bites and potato cheddar chive bakes as well. Shout out to the morning crew for making my days start out great and awake!

I just moved recently, so this is now the closest Starbucks to me. I would rather go to another Starbucks 5 more miles away than to this one. I ordered a protein box and a matcha latte. The matcha latte tasted sour, like the milk in it had gone bad, and the protein box fruit was mushy and brown. I tried this location a second time last week, just in case it was a one-off experience, but I got the same outcome. Why does everything at this location tastes like it’s past its expiration date? I can’t afford to get sick right now, so that last visit was it for me.

Ordered my coffee waited 20 minutes for my coffee. Had to ask if they were making my coffee just every time I come here nobody knows what they’re doing how to make the coffee. The weight is always 20 minutes or more whether you go through the drive-through or you grow in. It’s always a problem at this Starbucks they have no leadership.

Not very cosy to sit and do work, its very loud and you won’t be able to block the noise with your headphones. But this location is great for a quick coffee on your way to work. They also started serving Turkey Pesto paninis so thats cool.

Clean quite great neighborhood Starbucks. Team seems really nice and attentive, new winter drinks are on point and stocked up with all items!!! Avoid the drive thu come inside of you can. Starbucks did a great job planning out the new breakfast wrap menu.

Nice place. It is a little small for a stand-alone store, but despite a constant flow of customers I didn’t have to wait hardly at all, nor was it hard to find a place to sit. There is a great outdoor patio. There is a drive thru, but it has a very short runway, so in peak times I bet it is hard to get in. Parking is a pain and getting to this location is perhaps more so, but overall it is worthwhile. Five-stars.

Don’t go here if you need things to be timely. This store has extremely slow service, and when asked about time frames while waiting they will lie 9 times out of 10. There are a few very friendly staff members but the majority will completely ignore customers. Let me say, I get establishments get busy, but all it takes is communication. Tell your customer you are busy and there is a long wait. Don’t just ignore them and hope that the problem will go away. The rest of this comment is primarily for upper management but feel free to read on googlers. On 4/19/25 around 230 I ordered a drink and my fiance went to pick it up about 10 minutes later. It should have already been ready according to the apps estimated time. He went in and was ignored at first and then after finally being acknowledged told they were in the middle of making the drink, he waited for it for roughly another 5 minutes, watching it clearly not be made as I ordered a coffee and they kept making pink drinks etc. He left as we had somewhere to be and when I called to ask them to simply hold the drink until I could come back and pick it up I was put on hold for 5 minutes, and then put on to speak to the supervisor on duty. This was on 4/19/25 around 250. When I tried to explain what happened and ask if they could hold my drink she lied to me and said they were making it the whole time and told me that my fiance yelled at them and stormed out and that they should ‘ban him’. I was in the car and saw the whole thing, all he did was raise his arms at one point in a ‘hey could someone acknowledge me’ gesture and then left. When he was OUTSIDE the store he said ‘the service is ridiculous’ because this is not the first time we have had issues with being ignored or lied to here. I told her this and expressed to the supervisor that it is frustrating for customers that they consistently lie about wait time, and said that all it takes is being honest with the customer. If you are busy and the drink is going to take a bit just say that. She claimed I yelled at her as well. I did not, I may have spoken in a frustrated tone but at no point did I yell and I don’t appreciate being gaslit. Just take accountability and apologize for the problem? This particular manager always has an attitude herself and never takes accountability. If you are already frustrated she will egg you on to try to get you to argue so she can claim she’s in the right. All it would take to avoid issues like this would be to 1. Acknowledge your customer. 2. Be honest and say ‘hi, I’m so sorry, we are very busy we will get to you as soon as we can” when someone walks in if you can’t help them right away and 3. Say “I apologize we are getting to your drink as quickly as possible but may be a bit longer”. Stop ignoring the customer until they get pissed off enough to say something to you and then lying and saying you’re in the middle of making something. You’re causing your own problems by being rude to people. Clearly you could do some work around your customer service considering the slew of bad reviews in the last year.

I walked into this shop and was completely ignored by all the staff. It was the weirdest and least friendly coffee shop experience I’ve ever had. I waited patiently, but after about five minutes without even an acknowledgement, I decided to take my business to the Caribou nearby.

My experience: I ordered 60 cups of regular mid roast coffee to pick up at 6pm Saturday evening. I called Saturday morning and confirmed the order would be ready. Got there at five minutes to 6. The store was closed, but the drive through was still open. We went through the drive through but we’re told they had no idea about any orders and the machines have already been shut down. The clerk called the manager, Devin, who said that he forgot to tell the clerk, but said he’d call the next closest, open, store in Eden Prairie and have them have it ready for us. Well, when we got to that store, they were closed and hadn’t gotten any calls from the other store. They suggested we go to 50th and France in Edina. Well, getting the coffee in Eden Prairie has already made us late for our event and we couldn’t afford to lose any more time. The best thing, we were told was to call the corprate office on Monday.
