I’ve honestly gone a few years without finding flavorful Mexican food. But even in the crema sauce, there are so many layers of tastes. Will definitely be driving out from LA just to come here.

I stopped by this Burger Express place this morning to grab my lunch. I looked at their menu beforehand to see what I wanted. I saw they had a turkey sandwich so I figured I would order that. I found the place easily and there was ton of parking spots. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all and I was able to put in my order for the turkey sandwich and fries. I asked what was in the turkey sandwich and the guy working the cashier said lettuce, tomatoes, turkey and onion. So I asked for no onion, too bad it doesn’t already come with bacon. I only had to wait like 5 minutes for them to make my sandwich. During that time I was just checking out their indoor seating and little bar area they have. I really like the fries here and they give you a lot. I thought the turkey sandwich was okay, it didn’t fill me up and I think having bacon would’ve help a lot.

When people ask where is my go to spot for Mexican food I always say Burger Express and I get the same stare, but yes, they make amazing amazing Mexican food. Armando taqueria , sizzling enchiladas, and the simi steak sandwich are my favorites. Armando the owner is always there to help. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I tried half an Asada torta from a friend and i had to come try the whole thing. This behemoth of a torta will fill you up with deliciousness. No lie, the flavor packed torta was worth the hype and had all the right toppings. They did not skimp out on anything. It’s a must try if you are in the area. I need to try the burgers next. Staff was friendly and the place was very clean and welcoming. Great job!

Love this place! The owner is super nice and they will make you pretty much whatever you want! I usually get an “off menu” shrimp fajita salad that is amazing! And on the last trip they gave us a sample of the chicken fajitas which were delicious! I make a point to visit here at least once when I’m in town.
