This KFC blames the customer, I ordered honey bbq wings but got the hot & spicy. I told them that but she just poured bbq over the hot & spicy wings then told me that I wasn’t supposed to get the biscuit they put on my tray. This is besides the point but they were out of the orange lightning Mountain Dew so I didn’t get my drink either. I called KFC but they said I should return to the store and tell them again although I had already told her a few times but she just wanted to argue. $15.89 right out the window.

I would have gave 5 stars all the way, but they forgot my gravy. Lol. But when I called the mod tori, went above and beyond and offered to bring to me after close, I told her. But she still is replacing my meal for me. So great job kfc.

Was passing thru and my daughter wanted a chicken bowl, ordered it and she took one bite and almost got sick. It did not look or taste like any other chicken bowl. Waste of money we threw it out and went somewhere else.

We needed a quick meal after a long day. I ordered the Family bucket, which was expensive. I ordered original and the crust was not done, it was soggy. The chicken had no flavor. The mashed potatoes were instant potatoes instead of fresh and was almost a watery consistency. It was the worst meal I’ve ever had for $32!! We will NEVER go back. I’m surprised KFC is still in business.

I ordered the double mash and the original chicken 7 piece on Friday I haven’t eaten at KFC in a very long time I don’t normally eat out at fast food restaurants I walked in stood at the counter to order moved over only to see a lot of food on the floor. There was a young man what looked like grease and flour all over the front of his clothes. And unfortunate to me I end up being sick on Sunday. I would not recommend this KFC to anybody they really need to clean up their act

We picked up our lunch order, we were assured that everything was in the bag. We were foolish to believe them! 20 minutes later here we are trying to eat without forks or spoons. No honey for the biscuits, no salt, no napkins. Called the store and they were rude and uncooperative. Never again!

We were told to me up the line and waited for 5 min than we had to wait for the 2 people that walked up the the window at times they were sticking their heads through the drive thur window. My food wasn’t made fresh, look at picture. It wasn’t cheesy enough.

This KFC is good. Chicken was fresh and not soaked with grease. The staff were very slow and didn’t get all the components of the meal. Many people had to go back up to the counter to get sauces or parts of the meal that was left out. The young man running the counter was polite and was doing a far job, while the lead was demanding. I would recommend some customer service training and some leadership training for those who think they are leading. Although the staff were slow and seemly confused, that is a tickle down effect for poor leadership. On the plus side, the food was fresh and not soaked with grease. Overall, I would continue getting food here but would struggle to overlook the lack of customer service skills and leadership skills.

I travel for work so I’m staying in a nearby hotel. I was happy to see one of my favorite restaurants in the area. After going through drive thru & getting back to my room. I noticed my order wasn’t pleasant. I took my order back so they can correct the mistake. I was super respectful and friendly. The customer service I received back from April was mind blowing. Before I can explain anything she cut me off and told me to give her the receipt. After giving her receipt she looked me up in down & said this was 30min ago what do you expect. After remaking my order with no apology or accountability I just asked her name and politely walked away. I travel a lot here for work and I don’t see myself ever coming back. A simple smile or some sort of empathy would have went a long way. I work long hours and I had to turn around get back out of my when my order should’ve been right the first time. & I was giving the worst customer service ever. Customer service is not a field April should be in & I hope she is held accountable how she has made customers feel.
