We just picked up lunch from here and my half of my husbands lunch is missing- he ordered soup and a sandwich and the soup was missing. No dressing with my salad either. We tried calling to tell them of this mistake and no one answers.

Trash service manager just tells you what you want to hear. I ordered at this location 2/5/2024. Left a review was contacted by the store manager. Manager asked for my address to send me gift cards. Never received them. Store is full of rude young kids who don’t know how to make sandwiches. Play on their phones while you are placing your order. Then make your order incorrect.

I’ve been here a couple of times. My biggest issue is I can never hear what the workers are saying or asking. Sometimes I’ve had to have them repeat multiple times and I still can’t hear them. Is it too loud in there? Are they mumbling? I don’t know.

We were in Baltimore this weekend for the Bruce Springsteen concert and made a stop at Potbelly’s for lunch on Sat 9/14. We no longer have one near us in PA and I love their chicken salad sandwiches with hot peppers! The service was excellent, especially Erica the sandwich maker who helped my 2 sons, husband and I with our orders. She also made sure we received our free kids meal for my 11 year old since kids under 12 eat free on weekends. We highly recommend this Potbelly location and commend Erica and the whole team for their amazing service!!
