The girl just was kinda slow, I got two of the Korean corn dogs and one was supposed to have sausage in it but there wasn’t any until about 2/3 of the way down. It took 25m to make them. The whole place was dirty. They only have one size cup which is tiny. The girl taking my order acted annoyed when I asked for the sauce the corn dogs come with and didn’t bother to give us a bag. I paid $15. It’s just kind scrappy shoulda just left it to DoorDash. Ngl good cheese pull.

This place is AMAZING! I ordered online and it was ready before I even got there! I left a little message in the extra information section, just saying that they were amazing and to have a great day. THEY RESPONDED IN THE CUTEST WAY EVERRR! On my receipt, they put “No, you’re awesome.” Talk about service!!!

Additionally, I opened the container and it looks and smells HEAVENLY! I can’t wait to come back, I moved here a month ago and this is already my favorite spot!

the employees are telling everyone they are out of ingredients. Other reviews are saying the same thing. They told us it would be a 15 min wait for a corndog that looked nothing like the picture. They said it’d be another 15 mins for a bbq beef bowl bc they were “out of beef” and the beef ended up being dry. My husband asked for level 10 spicy wings that they said would be another 15 min wait for some reason. I think they tell people that everything takes 15 mins so that people will go away or not order so much stuff so that they don’t have to work. They can just sit around and get paid to do nothing or the bare minimum. Hire new staff before they run off all your customers and you close your business since they’re too stupid to know that even though you’re a chain restaurant you wont stay open if you arent making enough money to cover the cost of staying open and they will be out of a job. We spent over $50 here i havent had korean bbq in 10 years and i wont be going back to this place good luck to you
edit: they also forgot my kimchi

Great food, I am only giving it a 3 star because every time I go in, there are out of almost every option especially the popular items like the ugly and rock. Also, I only got about 4/ 5 bites of chicken and the employees said they are on camera and have to charge more for more meat. So basically I got noodles with 5 bites of chicken for $13. I think this place needs to figure out shipment and supply as well as be willing to give what a customer pays for.

I’m not angry. Just disappointed. I really enjoy cup bop’s food. Unfortunately I have been to this location 3 separate times and it is the SLOWEST location I have been to between Utah and Pocatello. I was hoping it was just the first time. I gave it a second try and still slow. (>15 min which is wild for cupbop when all other locations are typically 5 min in my experience. I mean it’s dish it up and pay). So after the second time I decided to not go back. Fast forward a handful of months and I had a craving for the food and decided to stop in against my best judgment. The slowest time yet, that I ended up leaving without a purchase today. Insert sad face here as I had to settle for McDonalds of all places.

Came into pick up a delivery for Uber, no customers in the place at all. Smelled like badly burnt food. And still waiting after 10 mins for food to be prepared. 2 customers came in and they were helped before my delivery was prepared. So not only do my customers have to wait longer, but now I get less deliveries because it has taken so long. There are at least 3 employees in here maybe more in the back. This is not the 1st time this has happened. This is a joke.

Is there anyone working quality control? Every time I’ve eaten here the rice is hard, noodles are hard, meat is tough and we ask for “messy” which means extra sauce, normally that means that there’s more than enough sauce to cover everything and a little extra on the bottom. When we get it from this location it’s either slightly dry or barely enough sauce for regular let alone messy. Either we are eating 2 day old rice that hasn’t been reheated properly, or it’s not being cooked properly. I’ve given this place 4 tries hoping they would have worked out whatever kinks they had on opening day (yes we went opening day). I have had really good cupbop from other locations across a couple different states and love cupbop dearly. We’re fans for life. Except this location really needs some help. Tonight there were burnt bits in my food. I wanted a local option for cupbop that was just as good as the others.

Cupbop opening in Pocatello is an awesome addition to the tiny amount of Korean bbq restaurants in town.

We previously went to the Cupbop in Twin Falls and we weren’t impressed. We were hesitant trying Cupbop again but we just wanted to give them another chance.

The KKO KKO Bop with Korean style bbq chicken was really good and had the perfect amount of spice. I love the combination of mixing rice, veggies, glass noodles, and chicken. The portions were great as they filled it a little past the top. A little bit more sauce would be better though.

The service was decent for the place being new. The guy making our food looked very nervous but got the job done. The rest of the staff were kind and did an amazing job.

We waited around 3-4 minutes to order. The building had decent seating and the place was clean.

Overall, our experience with Cupbop had significantly improved. Cupbop gives you another option if your looking for Korean bbq in Pocatello. Will definitely come back!!!

Great Korean BBQ! Very friendly staff. I like all the customization options, the drinks, and fair prices. The kimchi was some of the best we’ve had. Great place! Thank you!
