Was expecting a little better considering the general manager Alex was running DT. Literally no personality. Didn’t greet or anything, food was cold and oil taste old . The curly fries were the bottom of the bag . Not a whole one and my large curly fry was only half full. Revisit who you put into roles because this guy is not it.

I havnt been to an Arby’s in a couple years. Went at 7:30pm tonight. Just randomly wanted a beef and cheddar. Very slow service for not being busy. Took forever and my fries and sandwiche was cold fries hard. Manager outside smoking. Disappointed I don’t care to wait if my food is fresh

Easy to order there weren’t any other customers. We got our food quickly. My apple turnover was cold but they didnt give me a hard time about heating it for me. The atmosphere is odd, it looks like they started to remodel and just stopped. The floors make the whole place look dilapidated.

Drive thru person was rude and cut off my husband when he was placing the order. Pull up to the window to catch attitude and side eyes!!! After waiting 15/20 mins for our food we received no receipt n thanks come again! Then had to turn around because they left food out of our order now the original food is flipping cold!!!! Never again!!! Stay far away from this location!!!

As we was eating we noticed a employee going into the rest room. Emptying trash cans.
Never washing hands. The way I know this. I hand went to the rest room to wash my hands before food was ready

This is my service dog and my favorite places. We took a young boy who only gets to get to go to McDonald’s and Wendy ( no offense to them) but broden their taste buds . I told him to try anything different and I let him taste mine. For a 10 year old boy he ate all his, and mine. Thanks you Arby’s the boy was so happy and full with a GREAT meal, and a great new experience with his taste.

Smh…. I get off from work and go there I had a coupon for spicy chicken with fries the lady was real nice… I was sitting there waiting on my food looking across the street they were doing construction and I made a comment I wonder what they’re building… The nasty manager was standing there and said I’m going to tell you like I tell all the other customers I don’t know and I don’t care in a real nasty tone so I looked up at him in the window and I said well I’m going to tell you like the other customers probably didn’t I wasn’t talking to you. He did not like my comment told me you haven’t got no food we’re not serving you so you can leave go! just because I made the comment really? And the sad part you’re not hurting me you’re hurting Arby’s …you know nothing about customer service only how to run their customers off so I waited I asked him could I have my coupon back and I told him I was going to call Arby’s customer service he was African-American and told the other African-Americans in the store with him to back him up in front of me… I’m also African-American it’s definitely not racial he just abused his authority and I just wondered how many people does he do this to and get away with it Worst Customer Service I ever seen….Smh I’ll never spend another dime there

I love their Chicken wraps!! 3 for $5, always fresh and healthy option for a diabetic!! Their service is always fast and the employees are friendly and helpful!! Clean restaurant and bathrooms. This is our Arby’s of choice!!
