Have had issues in the past with missing order items for delivery (and re-delivery) and terrible communication with refunds, but the pizza is usually fairly good, so we order from here once a month or so. My husband got a pizza and some chocolate chip cookie dough custard for take out tonight- 2nd bite into the custard and there was unfortunately a long hair completely embedded in the ice cream. I’m usually never a complainer (or reviewer), but it was the most unpleasant experience, and a waste of money.

Order to Pizza because family was together because someone died today it came burnt. I called them to get a credit and they told me I had to bring the pizza back because they didn’t believe me. I talk to the manager and told her what my family was going through and she said she would give me a $10 credit because she didn’t see the pizza. So I ended up getting nothing but Im leaving the picture so that the manager can see that it was burnt. I did offer to send the manager a picture but she said she couldn’t accept them.

Kudos to the Super Bowl Sunday crew. We placed our order at 4:20 and all 3 pizzas were done in time. Went to pick them up and the line was to the door, but the employees had a system down and took care of all customers quickly and efficiently. And the pizza was great, too.
