Probably the worst Pollo Loco’s I’ve ever been in. The tables were all dirty, the windows are FILTHY, and it’s super hot inside. Plus it lacks the usual brand decor and could be any burger joint. . Food is consistent with other PL’s but kinda gross.

Was pleasantly surprised with this site. The staff was hard at it and the cashier was pleasant. A bit warm inside but the food was good and it was a good experience overall.

Clean place, good customer service. Food is fresh. Sitting area is large and roomy. Place was clean. Nice views. Quick service. Friendly and professional people work here. This place is right on Glenoaks Blvd. Parking is available. Know this place for more than a decade. Quality hasn’t changed always good and consistent. Great job guys!

Food is ok but the manager Marco is rude every single time I come in. Especially when I order big orders for my coworkers. Also is it just me but this place has a seriously bad smell. I don’t know where it’s coming from. But it’s been way too long for them not to notice.

Stay away from this place, it smells like rotten eggs inside. One of the employees does not fully wear his masks, he only put it on when I looked at him. This place is soooo dirty, it’s very disgusting. I just ordered a half chicken moments ago, and when I got home which is less than a mile from this place, I wondered why the chicken was barely warm, it was because it wasn’t too fully cooked, gosh I hope I don’t get salmonella from their irresponsible food preparation.
