Drove through for 2 frappes. I was charged for 2 smalls but cups were only half full. Guess they charging extra for minis now. Won’t return. Always the one in Saraland. Never fails. They suck!

It is great And I got the new limited edition happy. Meal comes with a limited addition toy a big Mac fries in an extra large soda of your option. and has a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. and it’s not great if you have a diet but I don’t so I love it!

I would not recommend this place at this moment. Desperately in need of renovation and upgrades. I took a few pictures from inside while no one was in the restroom and its not pretty with concerns to sanitization where the food is made. If the bathroom looks like this? Be warned.

Two stars because the workers were very funny. But cmon people pay attention to your customers, I waited for 15 mins to no order taken down. Then 30 mins later after I reminded them I was waiting they started to make my food. Mind you ALL THIS while they’re running outside to play outside yelling and vaping inside the McDonald’s. All this while I was waiting for my food with my family.

Some of the most incompetent people I have ever met in my life. They can never get anything right. How hard is your job you can’t remember sauce or even the right sauce you roll your eyes when you ask for your right order , you give someone the wrong drink , the wrong food , no sauce , and if you tell them they complain the get rude , roll their eyes. If you don’t like your job don’t work there it’s that simple. Horrible service and horrible people

Food was horrible. Fries not cooked fully, chicken on the sandwich was funky, and didn’t put the tomato on a sandwich.

This place is absolutely terrible.
The manager was combative, yelling, cursing and lazy.
I get the feeling she thought she could intimidate me from placing an order for my child’s happy meal.
The store was also dirty, and seemed to be a child behind the counter who obviously wasn’t an employee and definitely wasn’t enjoying the chaotic atmosphere.
It’s my honest opinion that this stores district manager should take a good look into daily operations at this location.
