Manager was bragging about their store being better than the one I normally go to. Pizza was the same, no issues. But, you may want to make sure the pizza is cut all the way through, so I don’t have to bring out my cutter at home and finish the job. Also, you can do better than 2 pieces that were cut for a baby and 2 pieces that were cut for Andre the Giant.
Don’t know that you were better than the Byron store, so I will go to the more convenient location next time.

The staff is always so kind and the food is always on point, from the freshness, hotness and taste! Dylan is very helpful and patient with me when taking my order for I never know what I want lol but he always has the best solution for my large family that helps my pockets! I was really disappointed with the customer service during my visit. Several employees were standing around and not helping customers. The cashier took the order for the person ahead of me, then walked away to prepare their food and never came back to assist me. Staff continued taking call-in orders while ignoring customers waiting in the store, and at no point was I properly greeted. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and definitely needs improvement.

My mother came into town ordered 2 large pizzas Italian sub and large cesar..pizza and sub was good. UT salad had rotting old lettuce. Can’t believe you would serve this to people.. an clearly see without having to even open bowl that it was rotten. Waste of money! Not to mention one pack of dressing for a salad that could have fed 4 ppl.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. If i could give zero stars I would complete incompetence. Delivery driver delivered COLD pizza to the wrong address TWICE. Manager Avery has no control or answers for her staff. Just do carry out or avoid this location all together
