I went in this morning to get breakfast, The lady at the front window with a bun was extremely rude and dirty looks, told us to pull to the front window we waited about 15 minutes for our food went back to the window and she had a horrible attitude. I have been calling multiple times to get her name for corporate and the phone will not be answered. When I looked at my order my order was wrong as well. I will be calling corporate to let them know the customer service that’s at the Espanola location. Definitely do not recommend.

Haven’t been at Wendy’s for years.
Because of the poor service and not a great place to eat. But this time I went.

If Apple Pay is accepted- then don’t have an attitude about it! It’s bad practice to say rude/unnecessary comments out loud in front of the subject of your comment. Same woman also didn’t provide me with a straw for my drink. Can’t speak for the other employees and if she was wearing a name tag I’d call her out, but I’m sure management probably already knows about her attitude problem. Food was nothing special and not as good as other Wendy’s in my opinion.

I will never go back to this Wendy’s. I had tried it before and wasn’t excited about the food so I thought I would try again….AWFUL!
I spent a little over $20, the burger meat was cold, the lettuce was not fresh, a bit slimy, there was 1 small slice of tomato, was mushy. The coke had no fizz and tasted strange, the small frosty was ok, but not great. The fries were ok, I asked for ketchup and got 2 small packs ‍ .
I’m not sure what has happened to the chili… it had no taste, they might have used dried onion in it, I didn’t even eat it. Such a disappointment! AND a waste of money! My dog ate the patties, he seemed ok. When I got home I told my son, he said no one stops there, the food is terrible!
Lesson learned. What was supposed to be a treat for myself, turned into a waste of money that I could hardly afford. NEVER AGAIN!
SAFE YOUR MONEY, McDonalds is right across the street.

Went to the drive through. Asked specifically, “do you have diet Pepsi?” Was told yes. Paid for the drink and drove away, discovered a block away that I was given a Dr. Pepper. I could have gone back, but wasn’t up for a confrontation. Went to KFC and eventually got an iced tea which tasted better anyway. I hope the woman who took my order and got it wrong has a better year than I’m having so far. Thank you very little. ☹️

We went to go to the dining room which was locked, drive through and got our food only to see people enjoying their meals in the dining room. Asked if we could come in and the cashier said that the manager was back now and that we could come in. Door remained locked. The manager came and said that we could not come in and was extremely rude about it. If you are going to charge $18 for a meal you can at least let people inside to eat it if they choose to do so. Won’t be coming back to this location ever, thank you!

I don’t leave negative reviews generally. But it is time for a management change at this Wendy’s. Almost always out of key menu items such as baked potatoes, chili, and frostys. Often closed or accepting cash only and you only find that out at the end of your order. I don’t think this is the staff because the orders are correct, and the timing of orders is good. But just out of things almost every time we stop there, at any time of day. I drive away without being able to order due to shortages or cash only about 30% of the time.
