Visiting Florida from Texas and wanted some good Chinese food. This place didn’t disappoint. The vegetable egg foo young with the gravy is something I’d happily come back for! Nice employees, quiet ambiance, and great food! Highly recommend!

This location has been here in Orlando for many many years. While the restaurant itself has gotten quiet since Covid, they stay very busy through catering and other similar events that they’ve maintained for years. The food is good, the service is too. The staff is friendly and professional. Service is fast and the food has been consistent for all this time. Restaurant was clean. We eat here once every 2-3 months. Give it a try.

Lai Lai Restaurant exceeded our expectations! We’ve been living in Orlando for 5 years, and this was our first time dining here. We started with the fried wontons, which were absolutely delicious, crispy and packed with flavor. For our main dishes, we had the pepper steak with fried rice and the chicken lo mein, and both were excellent. The flavors were spot-on, and everything was cooked perfectly. On top of that, the service was amazing, attentive, friendly, and fast. We’re definitely coming back and highly recommend this place!

This hidden gem of Orlando has the best Chinese food, amazing five star service as well atmosphere. Their susi is beyond fresh and the food taste is amazing. Large menu, fair prices. I can’t wait to return. I felt like I was having a fine dining experience while staying budget friendly.

My husband and I were out for a day at the mall. I was craving Chinese. We saw this restaurant had 4 stars, not bad considering the location and limited good Chinese food close by. We were greated by a gentleman who welcomed us to.sit by the TV/bar area. As we walked in, there were empty buffet stations. The gentleman said “no more buffet, not enough people.” We sat down and order water and a sweet tea. The tea definitely wasn’t Lipton, and it tasted old. My husband decided on a water. The sushi was good, tasted fresh, and rolled by an older lady who had also greeted us. I ordered Curry Chicken. It comes mild or spicy, with various vegetables and white rice. The flavors of the curry and veggies together came together nicely. The chicken was tender but not very flavorful. Probably just boiled without spices. My husband ordered Spicy Sesame chicken. It came with a round circle broccoli and rice as well. The breading on the chicken was PERFECT, the broccoli steamed but crunchy, and the Sesame seeds had a good flavor. The spiciness of the chicken was mild, which we were expecting hotter considering the amount of pepper flakes, but alas, it was not. Our meal total was just under $50. The meals, as you can see were larger enough to feed more than 2 people. Each was around $13.95 to 16.95 with the seafood dishes more expensive. As we left, I asked why there wasn’t a buffet and he said “no people.” I asked if it was because of Covid and he nodded. While the food was phenomenal it is a nice place and great service. Parking is ok considering they are at the end of a busy plaza and have several.catering vehicles taking up spots.
I would recommend thos.place for a nice Chinese dinner and perhaps a quick sushi roll.

When I say the freshest, tastiest, homemade Chinese Cuisine I’ve ever had. Walking around the area, I looked up & seen a bright light that read Sushi Bar and happy that I walked in. 45 minutes before closing but that didn’t dim their politeness and professionalism. I was the only patron & was very well taken care of. Even the green tea was fresh and soothing.
Affordable pricing
Delicious fresh sushi
Hearty soup &
Attentive serving
A must go!!

Used to come here a lot and haven’t been since covid and the food is just ok. I think it was better before. The Kung Pao shrimp and the chicken with cashews tastes exactly the same. The chicken in the chicken fried rice seemed like it was just thrown in after it was done cooking. The orange beef was good but wasn’t crispy and was too thick. The food is no better than those take out only places and the pictures don’t represent whats in the dish. With so many good Chinese food options these days, I guess I won’t be coming back here.
