What a disaster! Grilled chicken sandwich tasted okay, would have been better if it was hot. Ordered a cheeseburger with light ketchup and light mustard. Order was repeated back correctly, just didn’t receive what was ordered. The cheeseburger was swimming in ketchup and mustard. You couldn’t even pick up the sandwich without wearing the condiments. (see pictures) Fries were barely room temperature. Soooo disappointed. Staff was pleasant at the window.

Got some food through the drive thru. Pretty sure this food had been sitting since the lunch rush. The few onion rings we got, my husband and i both got them, were soggy and there were only 4 onion rings per order. My husbands tenderloin was not how he ordered it,literally only asked them to take off the lettuce. There was a lot of lettuce on it and the bun was rock hard,like it had been rewarmed in the microwave. My Mushroom burger, had a ton of onion on it and hardly any mushrooms and was cold. Nasty.As much as this food cost us, our food could at least be fresh!!!! Will never come back here!

Had a cheeseburger and fries. Also, a shake. They were really good. The service was very good as well. Place was clean, and the old diner atmosphere is always great. Even cooler, a man and his wife were there and they drove in with an older car. Id have to guess a 50s car.

Never been to Wapokeneta. Found this place on a search. Adorable. Classic “soda joint” diner feel. My wife got a giant buffalo chicken salad. I got a foot long coney n fries(yummy but almost too much bun for the anount of toppings). Well worth the stop.

I love this place. Their BBQ Bacon cheese burger is wonderful! Along with their fries, fried mushrooms, pork Tenderloin and so many other items!! Staff are always courteous and helpful. They bring the food to your table. Place has always been clean when I have visited. One of our favorite places to visit when we drive thru Wapa.

I’ve been a frequent customer at Happy Daz for a while now because I usually enjoy the food and the atmosphere. However, my recent visits have been disappointing. I’ve experienced noticeably slower service — waiting over 15 minutes in the drive-thru even when I was the only car — and a decline in food quality.
One visit included mold on the bread, and another time I was served a tenderloin that was, honestly, indescribable. I don’t like to be overly critical because I genuinely love this place and most of the time it’s great — I’d say 90% of my experiences have been positive.
Still, that 10% is starting to make it harder to keep coming back. I truly hope the team can address these issues because I’d love to keep supporting a local favorite.

You guys should really make it to where you have to ask for onions and tomatoes on a potato bowl. It shouldn’t come with it automatically. Threw away more than half of my bowl cause you guys couldn’t be clear on the menu.
