We ordered a takeout order and were not given all of our food. The restaurant called, but we were already all the way back home before they realized they had left out our main course. So, we had to drive back to three resistant to pick up our food they forgot. Also, see the picture of the pie that they sent us.

If I could give this place a negative 100 I absolutely, undoubtedly would!!! It seems to me that in the cooks are more interested in standing out front hitting on the waitresses Dan doing their job. I live 2 minutes up the road from this particular location and I was once again reminded why I will drive out of my way to go to a different location than this one or I’ll drive right by and go eat somewhere else. This place is, based on the reviews and my two experiences and the absolute last experience, their portion sizes are smaller than the one on North 21st Street. I think they think that since you’re doing it take out that they can get away with it but I didn’t pay $14 for a small tiny bread take home box full of eggs and gravy. I asked for extra toppings for my pancakes and not only did they forget and I knew the guy was going to because of the way he was talking on the phone, so I made sure I looked in the bag and sure as heck there was no extra apples with the caramel glaze topping so I asked for it. When the gentleman comes back out he hands me a cup of apples with not a drop of glaze inside the cup. I am doing this review to save anyone else from the same headache that I got from this place and I’m definitely going to be reporting this visit along with the other visit that I had with them to corporate tomorrow. When I’m standing watching the cook out front flirting with the waitresses in his cowboy hat and cowboy boots instead of in the back where he should be doing his job and that’s a problem all in itself but it wasn’t my fault that the person that took my order didn’t tell them that I asked for extra topping so to get crappy about it and purposely just toss some apples in a cup, we have a serious issue with that and I gave him back to him but not before I took a picture cuz I wanted to make sure that they didn’t try to lie like they did the last time and I had documented proof that from the last time and they tried to lie about it when I reported it to the manager. So this just do yourself a favor and avoid this one all together there’s an IHOP there’s a TJ’s and a Bob Evans on 21st Street just avoid this place like it has the plague. It’s worthless to go there! I paid $30 for a tiny to go container with eggs gravy with three sausage links And the potatoes weren’t separate The potatoes went in with the eggs and gravy!!! and four hotcakes with a scosche of toppings and whipped cream.

We ordered roast beef only with mash potatoes. No veggies at all. No decent…no sides..but for 2 was charge for full meal price. When I ask the waitress which kept my receipt so when I come back in. She said full price any way so I with held the large tip.

Bob Evans is normally a great breakfast spot, however this was the worst Bob Evans we had ever had. The whole hog meal had cold sausage links, and the patties tasted like chemicals. We found 3 strands of hair, one of which was cooked into the bacon. The French toast tasted as if the skillet wasn’t cleaned first. The hot drinks (caramel apple cider and vanilla cap) tasted like chemicals as well. Our server was amazing! Very polite and regularly checked in with us.

Our server Melissa was excellent kind helpful the food was absolutely disgusting though. I took one by and I was so grossed out. And the thing is when you walk in there was a malodorous smell instead of it smelling like farm made food. It just didn’t smell like food at all. It was a mediocre experience. Our server was rough around the edges, borderline rude, and spoke loudly. Food was alright but have had better at other Bob Evans restaurants. The atmosphere was ok. I don’t dislike this franchise store but then again, I don’t like it a lot either. I would go back but would want another server. I would recommend trying this location out. My wife and I came in for dinner with our grandkids. We sat down, ordered food and not long after that our grandchild threw up all over. The waitress could not of been more help. Made sure we didn’t feel bad about it, got us towels and changed our order to Take out. Customer service is not always good these days, so I appreciate when I get great service.

Water has black flakes foating in it
The atmosphere – if you like mold and the smell of pee this place is for you. There is 10 yrs of dust on the blinds we were sat beside. MOLD growing on the blinds. Food all over the floor mixed with someones chewed finger nails under my seat. There was something wet and nasty on one of the chairs. The sugar packets are wett!!!!!
The ventilation system on the ceiling is dumping dust and debris. Idk how the health dept hasnt cited this location

Be careful pulling in or out of the restaurant. There are huge potholes that could damage your vehicles. This seems to be an ongoing issue year after year, apparently corporate doesn’t care about damage to it’s customers vehicles.
