I ordered my food at 10:15 pm. They where super busy and had people clocking out to go home. But the manager (I didn’t get her name) and crew member angel r gave me excellent service. They where busy but where very kind! The food was fresh and it was fast! That’s all a customer wants when driving all day:) thank you McDonald team! they even got my sauce in the bag without me reminding them for it! Also tagged the double cheese burger with Mac sauce burger! It’s important to see this when in a rush.

It’s a rest stop McDs so be prepared to pay nearly double. Whatever. The girl working the counter was nice, but the manager felt the need to scream orders as though it were mobbed at lunchtime when it was pretty calm. Even still, had to wait an extra 5 minutes for a new batch of fries. No problem, fresh fries are good. However, I don’t know if it’s a NY controlled thing, but my fries came out in a bag that was labeled large. It was barely bigger than a normal small. It was tiny. And they didn’t even pack it. Everything came in bags or paper wrappers, including the nuggets. At least the straws were compostable plastic. All in all the food was good, just very poor value and a long wait.

This was a trainwreck of a store. Quality of food and service was really low. Even for a rest stop McDonalds. Buns were stale, extra sauce I was charged for wasn’t there, missing ingredients on the other sandwiches, and the “large fries” are clearly not large, but were more expensive than large fries anywhere else. This place was a scam and nobody should waste their money here.

This location is temporarily closed due to remodeling, as many others dotted throughout the state. However, parking for Semi-trucks and oversized vehicles are still available and free. Non-diesel fueling is also available. I will update my review during my next visit. Hopefully, this location is fully operational.

We understand these highways stops are busy, but the manager/lead guy was rude. When we asked a question about our order he came back with well didn’t you look in the bag. We did and it didn’t not look like what we ordered. No need for being rude. Customer service is going down the toilet.

The Food and Service at this establishment was very good and I’d say above average. I had never been there until yesterday after a service for a deceased relative. We were 25 or so people and one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had took care of all 25 people with a smile on her face. Lots of choices on the menu. The greens were off the charts.
