Came here twice in the past week and enjoyed it both times! The food was delicious, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Service isn’t as fast as the big coffee chains, but the wait was very reasonable. They also had high chairs available in the lobby, which was a nice touch for families with infants.

I like the food and the bagels, but WOW, this place has gotten expensive! The staff is friendly and helpful and the menu is good. I wish the Asiago bagels were more covered with cheese than they are – they are very lightly covered. The Bruegger’s Bagels app has not worked for years for me so I have to usually ask the workers to apply discounts or specials outside of it (some of them expressed that my experience is not unusual). The store has an outdoor seating area and the interior is clean. The food and bagels are very tasty, and I really like the sandwiches (very expensive, though). Overall a good experience that could be great with a few changes.

I come here often during semester breaks as an out-of-state college student to complete work on my computer and to chill in general, and I always feel so welcomed and safe here. All the staff here are so thoughtful and hardworking. Specifically, Ian is always so cheerful and always has a smile on his face. He always makes sure that I am doing well and is sweet and thoughtful towards me. My food and drink are always prepared perfectly for me, and I am always greeted with kindness and care every time I visit. My whole day is always made every time I come here because the staff here is always so positive. I appreciate all the staff here and am glad that I found this spot to relax and get my work done:)

Very upset went through the drive through which was slow no problem they were busy. The problem takes place when I was charged. I ordered a farmhouse with 2 eggs which normally costs me like 8 dollars or so. Imagine my surprise when double that was charged to my card and I was charged for completely the wrong order. On the recipet the farmhouse was voided and I was charged for 3 bagels I didn’t order, a sandwich I didn’t order, extra bacon I didn’t order and extra cheese I didn’t order so 21 dollars total. I can understand mistakes, but the fact that I tried calling the store multiple times to remedy the situation and was never able to talk to a person is what really bothered me. I just got an automated system that told me everyone was busy and disconnected the call.

The first time I came to this location a few years ago everything was wonderful. The sandwich was delicious. The fountain soda machine was working. The staff was kind. I’m not quite sure what happened at this location, but it keeps going down. I think the broken fountain machine is something that they never want to fix. The location in Plymouth has everything going and ready. They have friendly employees as well. At this location the employees seem like they barely even want to be there. They do the bare minimum to help you out and take a long time to come to the register To take your order. They seem very disinterested in there job. The sandwich was OK, but not much to write home about. I just don’t get what is going on in this location, but it definitely needs better employees and obviously management.

I have never been so sad about eating a bagel sandwich before. I got the everything bagel with salmon, cream cheese, onion and it was supposed to have capers but sadly Nope no capers. How can you have a salmon bagel with no capers? I took two bites and tossed it. The only saving grace for my breakfast was the coffee.

First time here. We had the brisket bagels. Staff was good and restaurant was clean. The food came out fairly fast and was fresh. The bagels were very good! Toasted to perfection. Brisket was about the perfect amount. Cream cheese was just right and the diced jalapeños were a nice add to the flavor without adding too much heat. Will definitely come back if I get the chance!

Stopped to grab a breakfast sandwich before flying, it was pretty tasty. But they almost forgot my extra bagel, good thing I checked the bag. Staff was very friendly! However, we were there when they opened and the bathrooms had yet to be serviced and we’re kinda gross to begin with. In need of a refresh.
