Domino’s clearly cares more about creating shareholder value than customer service or caring for their workers. I placed my order around 10pm on a Thursday night. It was around 10:15pm when I arrived at the store and one person was working alone. He apologized and said it would be 20 minutes or more for my order but he would get right on it. He was clearly doing the best he could. After about 10 minutes or so, a delivery driver appeared and tried to help the other associate. Another car pulled up behind me, and the delivery driver asked me to pull around so they could potentially help the next person faster. This process repeated itself several times before my order was finally ready. I don’t blame the workers, I don’t even blame the manager, who I’m sure is doing the best they can with what limited hours and budget they are given. I blame the company for caring more about the bottom line, than actually taking care of customers and their employees. Keep playing it cheap, and it will cost you in the long run. As much as I enjoy Domino’s, I’m going to give it a long break after this experience.

So I order from this one all the time because I work across the street ..on Nov 5 I ordered a pizza and when I came to get it it wasn’t ready and my ride couldn’t wait so the guy asked me could I come get it the next day ..the next day came and I couldn’t get a ride to go up there and get my pizza so I called and told them the suiatuon and asked them for a refund. The child on the phone who claimed to be a manager told me no refund so I spent money with your company I received no product and no money back. So now I’ve called domios customer service line and I’m waiting to hear back from the franchisee about this …your customers write your checks. You need to make them happy…bc I WILL NOT BE BACK..

It took over 30 minutes for them to get my pizza made in the middle of the day. I had to pull out of line and sit and wait for at least 15 minutes. According to the app they didn’t even get my pizza in the oven until I after I pulled into drive thru the first time.

Ordered 2 pizza to be picked up. Guy on the phone said my order will be ready 20 minutes. Went there to pick it, then was told it will be another 20 minutes they have not started making it yet. Waited another 20 minutes, then was told it’s still on the make board aka still not made i would have to wait additional 30 minutes. Cancel the order. NEVER will I ever go back here!!!!

Awful experience. My order was “ready” then when I got there to pick it up they pulled me around, and they told me it would be another 5 minutes, then 30 minutes later they managed to “lose” one of my pizzas in the store after I had to go in to ask about it.

Two star because everything else I ordered besides the pizza was good but they burnt my pizza and when I called he said it’s thin crust so it’s going to burn. Which is not the case because I ordered from Anderson location Sat night during the Clemson game and it was not burnt. Also he said the girl who cooked them there said they were not burnt. So I guess they are calling me a liar. They wanted me to bring them back to the store so they could give me new ones. I’m not driving 35 mins out of my way and wasting gas for their mistake. That is so stupid! Just check your entire order if you go to the Easley location. Won’t be going back to this location!.

I have seen many negative reviews on here but I can say with my experience the pizzas have always been wonderful and the service as well, I got the Memphis bbq chicken pizza tonight and it was out of this world, I can say I’ll never get another kind again, I am hooked, no complaints here!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
