I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Panda Express. I was served old, low-quality food that tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to replace it or make the situation right.
Good customer service means standing behind your food, and they didn’t. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone until they improve their freshness and customer service.

Obviously, their maintenance department is not properly cleaning the ice machine inside where the ice cubes are made. I was filling my drink and out popped an ice with a big piece of black mold inside the ice cube. if you don’t clean inside at the condenser where the ice forms mold will present itself

I gave 5 stars because I always really enjoy coming to this location. The staff is really friendly & they seem to all work together really well. However, I have stopped going to Panda Express entirely because I don’t like that they don’t willingly provide customers with sauce cups anymore. This isn’t unique to this location so I don’t want to punish them for it. This location will at least accommodate me if I ask for one & I can’t say the same for other locations. I just feel bad whenever I ask for one & it makes me feel like Panda Express doesn’t value me as a customer. I only ask for them if I’m buying the rangoons or an egg roll but it baffles me that I have to ask & the staff seems reluctant to provide me one every time.
The sauce cups probably cost less than $0.25 as a company so making me ask for one, especially if I’m spending money on sides, just doesn’t sit right with me.

I had an excellent experience at Panda Express in Briarwood Mall thanks to Finn. He was incredibly energetic, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire visit. What really stood out was how personable he made the interaction – he didn’t just serve food, he made it feel like a genuine customer experience. Finn’s positive attitude and professionalism made the meal that much more enjoyable. Employees like him really set a high standard for service.
Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area – hopefully you get the chance to be helped by Finn!

Every now and again I come to this Panda Express to eat lunch and I ordered something different. I did enjoy the black pepper Angus steak. The chow mein was dry and I had a few burnt pieces. Other than that it was good.

I came into this establishment right after work and they themselves were also getting ready to close, but the nice lady who was working the front desk still took my order, although last minute. She provided excellent customer service and was very welcoming, made my experience with this restaurant a 5 stars will definitely be back. The servers name on my receipt was Carly, shout-out to her. Very fast and hard worker! I’ll be back fosho, good food!

Too many questions during checkout (7-8 by my count, each transaction taking 45-60 seconds… Just watched two transactions take 2-3 minutes each because of all of the upsells – “Do you want some sauces? Do you want a special drink? Do you have an email? Do you want to donate to the hospital?”), which slows the checkout process down considerably during rush times. Please consider modifying the checkout to be one question (“Is this your order?”) and one statement (“Your total is…”). The line is now 18 people long because of the cashier… Now 20 people long. It took me 12 minutes to get from my spot in line to getting my food.

Had to wait 30 minutes for my order and the chicken was not fully cooked and still pink. The worker kept saying they were already closed but it was only 9 and according to google they’re open until 10.
