I ordered online for pick up and used my rewards for a free pizza. We love Pizza Hut! But tonight, the pizza was less than expected. The lady at the window was so rude! She was on a personal call that she had on speaker, she asked my name but obviously couldn’t hear me well over her very loud phone call, she then said that I need to speak up which is just crazy to me! I ordered extra sauce and extra cheese on my pizza which was obviously not put on there. I think we’re just going to have to drive a little further when ordering from Pizza Hut in the future bc this is not it!

This is the worst food experience I have EVER had at a Pizza Hut. I arrived at the appointed time and parked at pick up window for over 6 minutes. I was NOT acknowledged. I left and returned 20 minutes later. I was told by the person at yhe window that orders were backed up. I informed that person that if the order is not ready, then i do not want it. The person took my credit card and returned 5 minutes later. He did not open the box to allow me to check the food. I opened the boxes and was horrified. BOTH pizzas were over cooked and burned. The worker stated the is due was with the stove.

Pizza was burnt. Cinnabon was burnt. Pizza wasn’t cut properly. My dog wouldn’t even eat that hard dry bread. I didn’t ask for light sauce but it was barely any sauce on it. This has been the worst experience in pizza history

Jackson Mississippi have the worst fast food places and I’m going to keep exposing that. This Pizza Hut just moved to a new location service is always bad and slow. Even when they’re not busy they give you these long wait times. I had to advise her. I managed pizza for many years. It don’t take that much time maybe for them. It’s so easy for them to make you wait and still want your money instead of doing better. It takes 12 minutes to make a pizza and for it to be done, especially a personal pan. These people are so unprofessional. When you go to these places they think cuz you don’t work there, you don’t know how things work. Really stupid. Shame on you. You need better customer service.

Probably the most under staffed Pizza Hut I’ve ever seen. Average delivery times are around 3 hours. Ordered at 5 and the app said my food would be there by 9. I live very close to the store so I thought I’d go up there instead, just to wait in the parking lot for an additional 30 minutes to make a medium pizza. Oh and still got charged the delivery fee but I wasn’t about to wait another 30 just to get that back.
