Its Dennys ♀️ I googled food near me and “The Meltdown” came up. They had a really great looking chicken sandwich so I gps’d it and when I pulled in realized it was Dennys but I still went in for sit down service because I have been craving their nachos for a while anyways so I figured it was a bonus. The counter gal proceeded to inform me that the sandwiches from “The meltdown” can only be ordered online and can’t be ordered tableside. Okay, so I order online and still look at menu while I wait. 3 pages later the sandwich I wanted was right there! I didn’t have to order through doordash, I could’ve sat at a table and ordered in person. Doordash cant cancel or refund me because Dennys was already making my order. I asked the counter girl why she didnt know the menu and she said its because I called it “The Meltdown” ♀️ ♀️ Great sandwich, but they didn’t have to disguise themselves to get patrons. They need to work on keeping their employees knowledgeable and customers will return.

The bread of my sandwich was too greasy. The chicken was dry. My bacon was soggy. Fries has no seasoning but they were good.

Update: I contacted Meltdown. Corp sent me an email right away acknowledging my email. I was told the local manager would be in touch. I called the manager after he left me an email. He was very understanding and polite. He offered me a $20 gift certificate to use at The Meltdown. I plan to use it as soon as I receive it. The Meltdown is a great place.
I order from The Meltdown several times a month. The food is normally good. Most times it’s cold. Not sure is they let it sit till a driver is found. Todays meal, 7/13. was terrible. 5 not so good-looking onion rings in a plastic container too big for the onion rings. Probably why they were cold. The sandwich did not have the usual brown paper covering it. The sandwich was not well made. Less meat and no cheese. I am not a happy camper on this one.

Love going here to eat. 3 waitresses, that work here are amazing. I am a little sad that one, Tiffany, will be leaving. Her, Ashley and Jessica are the greatest. Depending on who works for Tiffany on Mondays depends on if we keep going every Monday or not. Food is always great.

The melty sandwich I got was actually pretty damn good. Not quite as cheesy as I was expecting it to be but the roast beef and grilled onions were on point. Nice and greasy, crispy bread too.

The servers are amazing and so friendly and even though I cooked a whole Christmas dinner my family wanted something else late night and they were all there to welcome us and treat us like family EVEN on Christmas night. So Thank you too our AMAZING Denny’s family!!! Much love ❤️
