This PH is horrible. They have been advertising on their sign about their buffet since I moved here. For over a month, I have tried to go to their buffet. There is a sign saying short staffed and dining room is not open. Great , please take your sign down and quit false advertising to the public.

I’d love to be able to give a review about their pizza. Sadly, after I ordered 2 large pizzas then arrived to pay for them, the cashier at the window asked me for a tip. For what? I asked, genuinely wondering what I’m supposed to be tipping for. Well, the lady at the window took offense to my question. Told me I didn’t need to be a smart ass. Ok, wow.
I consider myself a good tipper. I always leave about %20 as a tip. When I get service. When someone waits on me at a table. Or if someone delivers food to my house. But ordering food through an app and picking it up at the window?
Shame on you Pizza Hut! You should pay a living wage instead of whatever it is you pay. If it’s such a paltry amount of money that your hourly workers and the manger herself (window lady said she was the manager when i asked for one) has to ask for tips at the drive through window? Shame. I’ll never spend a dime at at place that pays so little that thier workers feel the need to beg for tips at the window.

The floors are dirty, the salad bar had nothing on it fresh, what pizza was on the buffet was cold and hard. Kayla was absolutely no help when I told her how bad the food was. She didn’t offer a discount, replacement or even an apology. At least 10 people were standing around looking at the buffet asking for fresh pizza and no one got anything. I’m in complete disbelief at the cost for 2 people who got absolutely terrible food.

I ordered online for pickup. I order 1 large pizza and 1 medium pizza, wings, and bread sticks. They didn’t get my order right and gave me 2 mediums, however the staff was quick to fix and they was so nice about it and wasn’t mad about it. I’m not sure the women’s names up front but they are absolutely wonderful and I will definitely be ordering from this pizza hut again. Oh and the pizza was delicious and really fresh. Thank you Pizza Hut

So, if you see the sign that says “buffet is back”, it doesn’t mean back at lunch on a regular day. They apparently only do it in Fridays, so don’t get your hopes up. And, if you’re traveling through hoping for a quick meal (because it’s a buffet), looks elsewhere.
The food was what you’d expect from Pizza Hut. No complaints there.
Oddly, they’ve removed all prices from the menu. This isn’t a steakhouse with a Michelin star, so that seems like a strange move. We had to inquire about a dozen different prices with the server to even know what we were ordering.
Nice people working here, but it was a fairly poor experience based on what appear to be some bad marketing decisions.

Placed an online order at 4:30pm for a 6:15pm pickup. Got the confirmation from pizza hut just fine in my email. But get there and they tell me they never received the order because of “system” issues then proceeded to say they got a large order that put them behind. Then the lady told me to “put the order in again online”… if your system was really broken why would I do that?! I’m hungry and this is complete bs.

Had a great pizza on one order, and the next one felt like maybe it was from the day before. No big deal, but mildly disappointed.

If I could give them negative 20 stars I would this place is a joke you can’t place an order for delivery. They transferred your call and make you wait for 10 minutes and then you never get a hold of someone then they tell you your address is out of range once you finally do get someone on the phone. It’s a complete and utter joke. No wonder they’re about to close down. No one can even place the order to buy pizza from them if they want to.

I called in an order for delivery to this location at 10:30 14 Sept 2025. I couldn’t place it online at the time. They said they could deliver and had me go through with the payment process. They told me the pizza would arrive in 40 minutes. It never arrived. They didn’t call to tell me the order was cancelled or were unable to deliver. I waited an hour and a half thinking maybe they were just behind. I see that my card was never charged, which is the only thing they did right. Again, no communication about my order, just left me waiting and clearly stated that they could deliver the order.
Edit: I’d like to add, because I’ve seen it on others reviews too, it seemed like when I called I spoke to a call center. I was joking with a friend that I didn’t think I talked to the store directly and it had more of a call center vibe. Then I read other reviews and saw that others felt the same. It was very surreal. Had I talked to the store and then said “no we can’t do that at this time,” I would’ve been okay with that. But I’m not sure I was speaking to the store.
