This location has service on point. The lemon pepper dry rub is my new crack! I have gone 3x in a week!!! Thanks for the great service. Management keep doing what you’re doing!

I would have given 5 for everything. Except my food ( wings, fingers) was absolutely to salty. The flies was bothering me. I sat near the back door, so I assumed they came in with customers.
Service was polite and in a timely manner. Food temp was hot and I tried to enjoy it but the salt was to much for me. Overall 4 for me and I will return.

Ordered 2 wings and things meals, traditional wings, honey hot… This was the first time my order was less than satisfactory, normally the food is very good…. The wings were tasteless, I saw sauce but it was not honey hot… Fries were very salty and chicken tenders were horrible!!! I paid $32.46 for 2 meals that were tasteless and not worth the price.

Good evening, I usually order at this location in the morning faithfully but not anymore. Worst experience ever from this location tonight I placed an pick up order for a Wings & Things Meal with a side Strawberry Milkshake as I received my food the young lady said “I can’t give you your milkshake tonight because I have to clean the machine.” Then continued to walk off very rudely with no concern towards my missing Milkshake or Refund for it nor did a worker or manager approach me for a solution. Fries were also cold and over seasoned. Wings were cold. Won’t be visiting at night again.

This place is nasty, they do not clean their kitchen and their tea is moldy, it taste more sour everytime I try it and gets worse. Seriously a disgusting place to get food from. This is probably my last time giving them a try.

I mean my god. Thank you Zaxby’s for saving the chicken industry. Popeyes went stale, McDonalds is on the decline and chick fil a is overrated. Zaxbys has saved my life. I will be coming here every weekend.

Big kudos to Bree and Chris for making things right with our order from last night!! Our door dash delivery was not much to speak of as many items were missing and the driver clearly didn’t check over the order before delivery, but they remade everything to order and just before closing today and we’re so polite and helpful! Merry Christmas and keep these two around they’re great employees!!!

I saw they had a new Zaxby’s because the other one has gotten to the point they don’t care about the quality of the food. So I was excited. I tried the new tacos, they were great and I was able to get them like I wanted. But today, I was going to order a few items as well as some tacos and I told the lady that I want it plain with just the chicken, lettuce, cheese, and tomato, no ranch and no pico. And she said I can’t. I said that’s crazy, because these last few days, I have received it without an issue. I asked for a manager. She said I’m one of them. I said, so you’re telling me you can’t make my food how I want it. She said no, we don’t have a button for that. I said ma’am, I have ordered this taco like this for almost 2 weeks , she said well they weren’t supposed to give it to you like that. You can’t tell me how to eat my food, that I’m paying for. You don’t have to worry about me, frfr. I can cancelled my order
