So tonight I asked Nick for my pizza cooked slightly longer and wings well done. I get my order and per usual it was not cooked the way that I asked (nicely). Josh who was at the counter remade my wings and they still were not crisp. So what he did he per my request he placed them back in for a few more minutes with the sauce on because I didn’t want him to make another batch. When he removed them from the oven they were cooked perfect with a nice crisp texture!!! Thank you Josh for being so kind and patient. You did an exceptional job. This is how ALL Pizza Hut employees should display courtesy, kindness and professionalism. My food is delicious you are a TRUE ASSET to PIZZA HUT and I hope that you are working when I decide to order again!! Thank you!!! I only had a few wings left to show lol I almost ate them all before writing my review they’re soooo good!! The pizza was delicious too!!!

In one word I would say…exquisite. the staff was very vigilant, well trained and most of all efficient! The manager patty had that place moving on all cylinders. MUCH appreciated for the delicious pizza and I highly recommend this location to anybody in search of delicious food!

Google and official Pizza Hut website hours state closing time is 11pm on Sundays. We pulled up at 9:54PM to pick up our order and the lights were off. When they saw us they turned on the lights and said they close at 10pm on Sundays. If thats the case then please change your hours online so everyone’s aware.
Also, we asked for extra sauce and there was barely any sauce..

First, I received a pizza with no toppings, even though I had specifically requested four different ones. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I got home.
To make matters worse, when I opened the box of six wings, I found only two actual pieces of chicken and the rest were just small breaded chunks—nowhere near what I paid for.
I hope this can be addressed appropriately, as this was far from the quality and accuracy I expected. I’d appreciate a response and some form of resolution.

I ordered a carry out pizza with bread sticks. The cashier was expecting tip, asking that I needed to sign the receipt. Immediately after I signed it, she reviewed the tip section, noticed it was empty and threw the receipt away. She told the pizza-guy to “dash out the order”.
She went to the back and never got back to the front (while I was there) even after my order was ready. The pizza guy had to come over and give me the order.
Terrible service by the cashier….
It’s a carry out from fast food… What do you expect? 20% tip? Just do your job… If you are not happy with the pay, work yourself out of it (like we all do).

“Shout out to Josh! I use to be a manager at Pizza Hut back in the 90s and It’s great to see some young people still having amazing work ethic nowadays that’s hard to find. Came in on a Friday and I know how crazy those can be, he was respectful, took his time to step away from the kitchen just to greet me when I walked in, overall amazing customer service from him. The “Manger of Pizza Hut” would not provide his name when I asked about missing items from the order, and took no ownership for the order being delivered late with missing items.
Additionally, they’re outsourcing to companies that hire people that don’t speak English which makes it hard for them to receive help when they are lost.

We were not happy with our pizza it was not cooked properly, it was not properly cut, meats and cheese was thrown on it. Just so unfortunate it was late in the evening and my family was really hungry!! Unfortunately, we had to throw it away and eat noodles for dinner instead.

Employees are super slow ever time I come to pick up for DoorDash. U have to wait atleast 20 minutes every time. The girl at the front is slow, does not talk loud enough to hear her and does not great you.
