I don’t know what the manager’s problem is today but I hope she has a better day. So much attitude just because I asked if I could get a little more caramel in my drink (to which she said no, it costs extra). Ok that’s fine, I’ve never had a problem with it before but that’s fine, I know Wendy’s is hurting for the $0.25.But to then say, “I already put more than I was supposed to.” Why is that necessary? And then shoving my order out and walking away? The woman who took my order and payment was very pleasant and I hope her day is even better.

Absolutely the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. I said hello twice when the girl was taking my order and she just stared at me and then didn’t say another word while taking my order. The guy also rude- asked if we were ready, I said hold on please trying to decide. He was also rude- shook his head and mumbling a bunch of words under his breath. The frosties were ready and no one said a word, just left them on the counter. I will be calling corporate on this one. Never going back.

Freestyle coke machine was out of many flavors. Very disappointing and the regular coke tasted off from machine. Food was hot, correct and good. Love having extra cheese on the side for baked potato when I requested extra. Coke machine is reason for a 3 star.

Dirty restrooms dirty tables soda machine was never cleaned. No smile no hello. Just yeah????? I used to love Wendy’s… The food was cold and the fries where cooked twice. I watched the cook reheat chicken for customers. I will never go back to this location. I wouldn’t recommend this location please be careful someone getting sick is next.

Am I going crazy, or do you guys just not want to serve people? Showed up around 9:30 tonight in the drive-thru and was told that they were only doing Uber Eats and DoorDash. I asked him if I could just order right there at the speaker, but nobody responded, so I just drove off after about a minute of silence from their end.

There is no such policy at Wendy’s or on your website that displays this. The drive-thru is open for another 2 1/2 hours. Get your act together. I’m literally right there in line to eat your food. I’m not going to pay twice as much for some guy that doesn’t even work for you to deliver it to my house.

3 stars for atmosphere because I went through the drive thru and the outside was decent. 4 stars for service because I believe the attendant was multitasking and I didn’t know if she was speaking to me or her team member so there was awkward repeating and clarifying, but I wait long after I drove around and paid. 4 stars for food because the containers for the salads have been reduced to half of the size prior to tariffs

Placed an order for carry out on the app. Got there and all the doors were locked, while other patrons sat inside and ate their food. I knocked on the glass window and door for a minute while the employees stared at me like an alien or some sort of extraterrestrial being. Eventually called the store and spoke with a representative that informed me that they had to close down inside dining because the drive-thru line was too long. Did you know that alternative ways to get food, like carry out, would lower the amount of people in the drive thru line. Doesn’t change the amount of orders received, just a conveniency for them and a lack of one for a customer. I get it, you’re busy at lunch time (it’s a restaurant) but if you’re going to shut down the inside of the restaurant, you should disable the ability to order carry out on the app. 0/10 will absolutely never go back.

Food usually made ok. Employees are awful.

Young woman with the glasses and dark hair has a funky attitude, shooed a guy away with a nasty look on her face because she was busy and he tried to ask about his order. Then her and who I would assume is the manager started bickering at each other because the old black lady with glasses wasn’t paying attention to what orders were on the screen. Then blamed the young woman for her mistake. Lack of communication and bad attitudes do not make a good work place or a nice place to eat lunch.

Always super slow at lunch, seems understaffed. Seems likely that people wouldn’t want to work at this location, which is fair from the service I have experienced here. Still not an excuse. It shouldn’t take me my entire 45 min lunch to get 2 items. Now I have no time to enjoy my lunch. Def not wasting my time here again.

The jr bacon cheeseburger was one of my favorite burgers, and I really like Wendy’s fries. They’ve changed the bacon, it’s just not as good. I was surprised to find the twofer jbc on the value meal menu, and I had a free bday frosty. So, it was worth the out of the way drive to check up on an old favorite 🙂

Genuinely the worst customer service experience ever. The lady Took 10 minutes to get a simple order which was two drinks, fries, and chicken nuggets and still go the order wrong when walking off multiple times for litteraly no reason. It wasn’t busy at all and I understand that things happen, even thought nothing was brought to my attention for the slow service, but non the less the service was unacceptable
