Their hot subs are a step above the rest. I always get the famous Philly and it is wonderful. Its a huge sandwich and loaded with very tasty meat and American cheddar. Can’t say enough about it.

48 minutes for an online pickup order.

Order placed at 11:47 on a Wednesday. 5 subs; 3 cold and 2 hot. They were prioritizing counter orders for the hot subs. I watched those who ordered hot subs at the counter wait between 4-9 minutes for their subs. The three cold subs were waiting in the bag while the hot subs were on the queue, so the Italian was inedible by the end and thrown away.

App said 15 minutes to pick up and it was 48. Several others experienced similar issues. One person next to me waiting was a teacher and waited longer for one single hot sub – whereas if she walked in and ordered instead it would have been less than 10.

Never received my refund on my order I hate leaving reviews customer service was good in the beginning being that I was traveling had stuff I was allergic to specifically told them not to add and was added idk if that was malicious or pure accident and couldn’t hear well because it was very busy didn’t get to enjoy a 15 dollar meal and when I asked about a refund it was a T ball game who and what supervisor I spoke two when in reality they only have three of them ,when I was told by a manager I would receive my refund and they would work hard to find my card in the system. He asked if I had a receipt I told him I declined a receipt at pick up bc for what I was looking forward to a good sandwich plus don’t our Banks give us that option to see the charges on our devices plus I even gave more data like acc card and date of purchase . Told me to call back if I didn’t receive the charges if they would have done so I wouldn’t be leaving such a review. Because at this point it’s called stealing & unprofessional. Not only that they answer the phones very unpleasant no name no thank you for calling jersey Mike’s .

Had my first jersey Mike’s experience on New Year’s And came out again today for round two. Two of the best sandwiches that I’ve ever had. All of the staff was super accommodating in the place was nice and clean. Service is a little bit slower, but with everything being fresh, that is not a problem at all.

I hate to be that person because I have worked in food and busy environments where mistakes happen but i am utterly shocked at the lack of effort at this particular location. On three separate occasions (in a row, mind you) I have ordered my sandwich for pickup. What’s meant to be a convenient option is never convenient because every time my sandwich is made wrong, or I am stuck waiting for an employee to acknowledge me. Mind you, I order ahead and pick up the sandwich on my lunch break which is limited time. Therefore, I don’t have time to sit down, open the bag, and check the sub for ingredients I INTENTIONALLY asked to NOT be on my sandwich. Nor do I have the time to go back and beg for a refund or watch them remake it.

In the app where I can make customizations and add notes, I always remove mayo and I always put “NO MAYO” in the notes. And guess what, three times in a row, and even after checking with the employee to make sure there was not mayo on my sandwich…there was mayo on my sandwich?!?! Not to mention, it was on the wrong bread. This third time is my final straw because these sandwiches aren’t cheap. This is one of those situations where yes, I hate mayonnaise and I am annoyed that my order is wrong, but to be consistent at making an order incorrectly that has blatant instructions is beyond me. I know how busy it gets at this location and I understand making mistakes, but how does this mistake keep happening? I also understand mayo is included on the particular sandwich I like to order…but how do all the ingredients I add on always make it on the sandwich but not the ones I want removed? Make it make sense???

SO frustrating, and it shows that either the employees are overworked so much that they can’t provide quality service or they flat out don’t care…I know I sound ridiculous but I just keep wasting my money on these expensive sandwiches and I am over it.

When we first got there, there people in line and people waiting for pick ups. One lady mentioned to one of the employees, how much longer as she had already been waiting for over 10 minutes. There were 4 employees working and it appeared only one person knew how to use the cash register, which slowed things down. The food was really good, but pretty expensive for a 6″ sub. Also, they were playing music which was NOT appropriate. The song while we were waiting with my 9 year old granddaughter, had ALOT of bad words in it. Probably stick to that other sub place from now on.

Good food, but their customer service needs major work. Poor communication with customers picking up online orders. Watched multiple people come in after me to wait in the regular line and get their food before me. It was about 15 minutes past the estimated time before my food was ready. Got back to work to find out my order was wrong. It should had been a regular turkey on wheat with a few minor modifications. I instead received a giant turkey and ham on white. Thankfully I was able to reconstruct my sandwich.

Last time I went here my online order was over 45 minutes late so I received a refund. Tried again today and realized both sandwiches were incorrect when I got back home with the food. Ordered a #7 turkey and provolone on Rosemary Parmesan bread and received a kids size toast beef sandwich. I love jersey mikes so much, but I will never return to this location again.

My sandwich was supposed to be a giant with lettuce, tomato, mayo, turkey, provolone, salt, oregano, oil, and red wine vinegar I cant eat it now cause I got banana peppers instead of tomato and onion when I asked for none through uber. This staff either dont read or dont care.
