Ordered $32 worth of food on the app. 3 milkshakes @ $5 each and they wouldn’t make more than 1 and couldn’t refund me for the other 2. Also ordered a 5 piece chicken strip and received 3 sorry looking and cold. And ordered a spicy chicken with mayonnaise only, it had lettuce but no mayonnaise. F this place yo.

Food: The guacamole was spoiling. Possibly, the heat of the food it was placed on was warm, which would speed up the spoiling process. The steak was only half eatible. You could not cut those parts with a knife because they were mainly gristle.
The service was great.
Atmosphere: No noise control. People in the next booth were loud, and we ended up being quiet. They told a long story.

I watched a lady in the back grab the cardboard for the fries with her bare hands and filled it up while the fries touched her bare hand. Then puns it in the bag, struggles and touches the fries with their bare hand even more.
And once I had seen what her hands look like.
I was disgusted, long nails, with dirt underneath them. I threw away my fries right away when I got out.

The only issue I’ve experienced here is when an employee walked out while a new employee was being trained and the morning manager was covering for closing. The remaining 2 employees did the best they could with the situation, though other customers were not so patient. The food was hot and fresh and kudos to them for sticking it out even while getting backlash from impatient customers.

Last week I had a burger that wasn’t cooked all the way. I called and they wrote my name down for a free sandwich next time I wanted. So they made it right. But a week later I got my free sandwich and it wasn’t much better than the last one. I think they changed something because my Frisco just wasn’t what it used to be. Different meat it seems to me. Or just not cooked right.

The five star service rating is for April and Dale specifically.
The service I received when I ordered was great. The food was good too. No problem there. Most of the time when I order Dale is the employee there that takes my order and hands it to me. Super friendly dude. No issue at all with him ever.
This time though, I forgot my wallet at home and my digital wallet wasn’t working either. My fault. No worries. I went home and grabbed my wallet and came back and paid for my food. A different employee rang up order as individual items and tried charging me over a dollar more than what I was previously being charged. I called him out about the price and frustratingly fixed it. Curiously, I then asked him how often he rings things up individually and not as a combo, and then he rudely threw his hands up turned around and walked away before I was even done asking my question. Dale handed me my food after that and apologized in Cody’s behalf. That’s not how customer service is supposed to work.

NORMAL NOT LIke PREVIOUS THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE
it does not matter when you come in here there could be not one other soul in line and right now there is one person inside and they are always in a rush and rude like you just have to hurry hurry hurry to figure out what you want they have even Said how do you come here and not know What do you want while you’re sitting there asking your children or grandchildren
