I attempted to call in a order and the lady that answered would not take a simple minute to explain a couple of the sides to me. In addition I was told she’s a bit busy and to call her back. I can’t see myself doing business with them anymore unfortunately.

I’ve ordered food from here probably a dozen times; never eaten in but always to-go so I can’t comment on the service.
That said, the food is the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The food is always ready when they say it will be. I’ll keep going back.

Driving home from the mountains to the Bay area, realized we were hungry pulled off the freeway in Dixon. Saw the little shopping center and on a whim decided to try Capital China. Got the “B” combo dinner for two. The food was very good, the waitress, Annie, was very nice. The hot and sour soup was really spicy. Overall a very pleasant experience. If we lived in the area we would become regulars.

First problem, the order took more than 40 minutes after lady in front desk had told me to come back 15 to 20 min. I asked for the receipt before order was ready because I was charged to much and I couldn’t add up why. But the lady wouldn’t bring me the receipt. When I got the order, only part of what I had order was right and some missing. I politely asked for a refund and left the food. It has been a while and I haven’t received my money back. Really disappointed. Do not recommend, bad service.

Terrible service. Women that works there brought us more food that we wanted and charge us almost 9dlls for a side of steam broccoli! The food itself extremely sweet. I would not recommend at all lunch for two ending costing 76dlls! Don’t do it don’t go. Save your money and time

We have come to this place so many times. The food is wonderful but the service is terrible. We recently went again and brought our own waters because their water taste like tap water.. we spend 30 to 40 dollars every time we eat there. We asked her if we could get 4 cups of ice so we can pour our own water in it. She said “no, we dont provide cup for customer when bringing outside beverage.” Ice people.. thats all we were asking. And the lasy had the audacity to say next time we have bottle water for sale. Craxy lady there wont be a next time. Anyways i will never ever go again.

After many visits to this place, and a 4-star review, our last visit was probably our last.
The food has taken a turn for the worse, presumably in an effort to cut costs, and the convenience just isn’t worth the now-marginal food quality… and neither are the prices.
I wish them well, but won’t be visiting again.
