Our waitress was wonderful and the food was yummy. The building is a little dated but the atmosphere is nice! The fries are nice and crispy and I appreciated not only extra pickles on the burger but a few extra on the side too!

I had a chili cheese omelette with pepper jack cheese. I don’t like cheese on my eggs, but this was amazing!!! It was so big that I couldn’t eat all of it!!!! If we lived closer, we’d definitely be back!!!

The wild rice chicken root vegetable salad tasted good and had a nice mix of ingredients but came with brown rice instead of wild rice which was very disappointing and misleading. The burger and fries were average. Service was very poor.

We left after an hour. Of waiting for our food to find out they had not even starting cooking our food. They were not busy at all….The lady was very nice quick to get our drink order and food order!!! Then never came back to ask if we wanted a refill on drinks. Another gentleman and his son came in at the same time, their order was placed at the same time, they received their food ate and left. We finally asked if they had forgotten about us or forgot to place our order we were told they were just pulling our ticket to start our food. There was absolutely no communication from the wait staff to us that there were any delays or waits. We watched multiple tables come in after us and eat and leave. We were respectful and kind to the waitstaff. This was my first time in this establishment and I will NOT BE RETURNING. Thank goodness for Cedar Creek Cafe for the save.

The food is good and the staff is wonderful.
The owners get out there and get to know their customers. The laughing and joking make this an incredible atmosphere.

Bacon was burnt didnt taste good at all, the fries to be honest where some of the worse ones iv ever had the only thing that was good was my two eggs in which I asked for 3 and never got the third one , I used to like this place but it’s gone downhill!

*New edit 10/22: The food is very inconsistent. Everything is different every time my coworkers and I order, which is about once a week. Super disappointing! Today I got raw bacon in my breakfast burrito which was really gag-worthy. (They say it’s not raw but it is limp and see through. ♀️) Consistency and cooked food is key!!!
**EDIT: UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AS OF APRIL 2022!** Sadly, the previous owner, Nancy, passed away unexpectedly in January 2021. The new owners have done a beautiful job remodeling. They kept the old name, and so far the food is still awesome! *except the cheese sticks. 🙁 not the same brand* I am happy to have a good restaurant in town again!!!
Giant portions of good home cooking! Cheese sticks, cod, chili cheese fries are some delicious of my favorites. The floors look dirty, and the place is a bit run-down, but I know for a fact the kitchen itself is clean and so is the cook. Understaffed, but waitresses who are there are great!

If you want a HOT meal for a good price then this is the place to go!! They have great burgers and fish fries, pizza is really good also and you can’t ask for better prices.
