I’m here for grubhub!! They’re very unprofessional! Restaurant unpleasant smell! I have watched cars pull in and order and I’ve been here 10 minutes no ask for help or anything! Finally get help and tel me ppl are ahead of me but my grubhub was suppose to be done 5 minutes ago and all cars here was here after me!!! Very poor management!!! Restaurant also stinks and dirty cooking area

Tiffany is a very sweet business lady. I delivered her food through Uber Eats and then while I was here, I placed an order to use my hot tier reward and she very nicely offered me a free drink, saying “Thank you for bringing my food.” What a total sweetheart. She made my day special and I hope she has a super great day also.

The food was good which is unfortunate bcuz I drove 20 minutes out of my way to get here hoping i would get better service than the one close by. Went through the dive through around 9PM with no one else in front of or behind us but when I asked for assistance on how to redeem my in app rewards they were less than helpful trouble shooting why my code wouldn’t load or how to even get to it. I JUST downloaded the app and it doesn’t work great. The code finally generated AFTER I paid full price. Still waiting on anyone from Taco Bell to actually reach out to me since at this point they are just stealing my money. Will not be visiting any Taco Bell again in the future.

This location is rough. Pulled in the drive though at about midnight, there was no one else in line and still took close to 20 mins to get our food (would have just left after 10 but already paid). The staff inside looked like they were trying to figure out how to land a cargo plane on a Hot Wheels track. Pure chaos. After all that… the good wasn’t even edible. Just flat out gross.

Wow. Opened at 10. I was there at 10:10. When I walked in an employee heard the door bell, looked at me and then sighed as if he was mad a customer came in. This place was not cleaned and the staff would rather look away from you than say good morning.

Always fast and friendly. Will bump this to a five star if they decide to keep the chili cheese burrito permanently on the menu after it’s re-release soon. If the Taco Bell near Wrigley Field can have it year round so can this location if they would just order the ingredients.

While waiting for our food order we witnessed the man running the drive-thru start making orders. We noticed that he went straight from the drive-thru window to the food without washing his hands. He never put gloves on and was putting his full hands into the food containers and grabbing food with his bare hands. He did this for several minutes and several orders. After witnessing this we will not be returning to this location. We reached out to corporate about it but they never reached back out.

Place always gets our order wrong. Today ordered a steak quesadilla and one cheese quesadilla with sour cream. Gave us one steak with sour cream and one cheese with 1/4 of it having steak for some reason, then overcharged us and added on a crunch wrap supreme randomly.
I’ve literally pulled up to this place at night and had employees have to get out of their cars and run in the restaurant to take our order hours before closing time. Ordering through online apps just as unreliable.
