I recently started working nearby this Burger King and so for my lunch break. I have been ordering online to pick up three times in the row and all three times. My order was incorrect. The first two times the food was not made correctly the last time I got there and they told me they didn’t even have an online order for me. So then I told them what I wanted. I showed them the order on my phone. They did not put my cookies in there. My hamburger was not made correctly and I ordered onion rings and they gave me fries instead. New management on new staff are both needs to be changed out. This place is horrible

Saw a long line in the drive-thru so I went inside, stood for 15 minutes at register and was never even acknowledged.
I know from past visits that the staff is friendly but this location is incredibly short-staffed and barely able to operate. Owners obviously trying to squeeze as much cash out of the community as possible, obviously bad people who should feel bad about themselves.

My experience here was amazing, the employee was very understanding with me. (I’m a high school student and struggle with finances) but i was able to get a quality meal with an affordable price and im happy to say i enjoyed the customer service and hospitality showed in this facility. 🙂 thank you

This place is a no go for morning pick ups, opens late apparently every day, I went to the drive thru and it was closed by 6:20 the other day, today I make a order through door dash and all I got was a message saying that is was close, by 6:15?! Don’t ever bother calling, they take the call listen to you and then they just hang up on you.
