I asked for a 4 piece tender with extra lemon pepper and mild sauce on it and what I got was this. This place is horrible. No respectable human being should ever eat here. The lady at the register( rudest person I ever met) is horrible and no it’s not just a bad day. She feels like she can do that to anyone she wants. The food is horrible. As for the atmosphere The health dept. needs to be in there before they get somewhere sick

A secret spot that you should not judge on how the building looks but by the food you get!! I got a small PACK SHOE sandwich !!! A Excellent description of the sandwich!!! IT WAS PACKED WITH MEAT Roast beef pastrami GYROS MEAT ETC !! You also get a pop andfries ( Fries were not that great!!) Your going to spend about give or take $20.00 for a small. But depending on how big your appetite is you can feed about two off this sandwich!! This is a spot i would go to again!!! But no time soon!!!

Was the service great? No. I had to place my order over the phone because the man who runs it was taking so long to come to the counter. Was the atmosphere great? No. The menu is everywhere and it can get overwhelming. Were my gyro and French fries the best I’ve ever had as a Chicago resident? Yes. Absolutely. 10/10 gyro and fries. Super delicious and well worth the $14 after tax. The gyro was huge and stacked high with meat, tomato and onions, and the fries were served piping hot. Would definitely come back here again.

So the food was hot. However he gave me what looked like 16 fries and the price he charged me was not the one on the board. When I asked him he said the price went up and hadn’t been up dated The Philly had a few fatty pieces and I felt it had a weird taste I didn’t even finish thw sandwich. This is my first and last time here. The prices are too much for what I paid for.

I’ve been here 2x. The King Kong burger was so good that I had to get it twice. The older guy at night makes it just right and we discuss current events. Service is good and food was great!

It’s not hard to make a gymshoe sandwich or get wrong. But this place did just that. Lack of preparation, they basic threw it on a thick piece of hoagie bread and a slice of cheese. Overall a mid sandwich at best here can get better gymshoes elsewhere in the city fr. 5.2
