We were here in the morning, visiting from TX. Everything is fantastic. Made to order breakfast sandwiches that were so good. Coffee was bakanced and tasty! Staff are friendly, know their products and fun. Atmosphere has a warm feel, comfortable and inviting. Tables, couches and arm chairs.
This shop is a feather in the cap for Cross Lake. Owner should be proud of this accomplishment.

Christ centered coffee shop!! Playing worship music when I walked in and it was a great presence to walk in to. Best avocado toast I’ve ever had! I also ordered a matcha latte, and the employee thoughtfully asked if I preferred it sweeter, which I really appreciated. They also have a great selection of snacks to choose from. The vibes and aesthetic are very cool, and the service was super attentive and friendly. I even got to see a worker smoke an old fashioned in a box right at a table nearby — such a fun touch!
I was staying right down the road at Pine Peaks lodge and I loved being able to walk here and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. They were also playing worship music which was so loving to hear.

Great stop in Crosslake. While in Town Square, we stopped for a cocktail and came across this darling place-great atmosphere, friendly, food looked amazing, and a fabulous bloody “buckaroo” mary with a chaser. Can’t wait to go back. ❤️

Coffee is delicious—not overly sweet but flavorful and what you want in a good latte or mocha. There are lots of specialty drinks and fizzy sodas. They also have food and spirits so not just for a morning drop in! It is cozy with lots of couches but also table and chairs and a room in the back for larger groups who want some separation. Family friendly—but if you don’t want to stay then grab your coffee and if you want let your kids go play in the open park area across the street. Family owned and operated —they’re all sweet and will make sure you get what you need.

Dark Horse is such a great addition to Crosslake. The space is beautiful and perfect for working or relaxing. The food is incredible and the drinks are just as good — everything is high quality and thoughtfully made. Definitely a new favorite spot!

What a gem!! The Fig & Pig flatbread was amazing! And I wouldn’t have thought of feta on avocado toast but man it works and was so yummy! Great menu of dirty soda drinks – love all the drink options!
