Good Popeyes on Post, near the division headquarters. I’m glad I was able to order ahead of time on the app because the line was huge. The food was ready when they said it would be ready, but the french fries were barely warm. Wonder if there’s a way to keep it warmer for to go orders?

They “forgot our order” …. Twice and it took a good ten minutes to get anyones attention and another ten minutes for them to talk to us. Fast food shouldn’t take an hour but it did. Just got home and they shorted us food, we should have checked it before leaving but we were already so incredibly tired and ready to leave.

Everytime I got here while I’m on break for work they’re always low on chicken. Like I’ll ask for a 3 piece and everytime they say “its gonna take 15 minutes for the next batch”. Seriously? You guys are a chicken restaurant, why are you always low. I even tries to order ahead of time and they were still had no chicken when I got there. Get it together, come on. Hire good people.

It’s hit or miss with this Popeye’s. For example I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal in the drive thru. Not only did they forget my BBQ sauce, but they only gave me 3 strips. I had to go back and wait inside for someone to check my order. But then the dude comes back with a box full of strips and like 5 BBQ sauces.

Out of everything. No chicken sandwiches, no fries, no voodoo tenders All I wanted was a chicken sandwich. If you run it of something popular that everyone is waiting in line for… DON’T WAIT FOR US TO GET TO THE CASH REGISTER TO TELL US! Put up a sign yell it out to the crowd. Anything. Then after all this, my order was wrong ( I got it to go). The free apple pie does not make this visit any more appealing.

This place messed up our order and didn’t get it out to us till almost an hour after we had ordered. I would’ve gave at least a 3 star rating but the chicken wasn’t all too great and apparently they don’t sell seasoned fries.

Employee’s say last order at 7:07 PM when they don’t close until 8:00 PM. Bad business mentality and obviously poor management if they feel comfortable doing this. Some of these Soldiers don’t have vehicles and have missed their opportunity to eat at their respective dining facility. This puts them in quite a predicament.
