I come to Taco Time regularly, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I placed an online order at 5:07 p.m. and didn’t receive my food until 5:36 p.m., after standing at the counter for over 30 minutes.
When I got home, I realized the order—over $70 worth of food—was not prepared correctly. On top of that, the meat didn’t taste right at all.
As a frequent customer, I expect better consistency and quality. Unfortunately, this visit was a major letdown. Based on this experience, I’m giving the Mildred Street location a zero.

I love Taco Time! My friend and I ate in the restaurant today, super friendly and welcoming staff. I was waiting for my friend to arrive and they offered me a cup for water while I waited. An Employee named Ryce, came to our table, asked if he could refill our drinks, provided refills and cleared our tray when we were done eating; super friendly and exceptional customer service. Thank you! : ) The food was delicious, hot and fresh as always!

The dining area was clean when I visited this Taco Time for the first time. Not like the Taco Time that used to be on 6th ave. The food was ready quickly and good. The cashier was friendly. Would return to this Taco Time again. I love their crispy burrito. The only issue I had with this Taco Time is you have to pay for the hot sauce. Not free anymore. I used to love getting as much hot sauce as I wanted for free.

PAUL that transferred from the 6th Ave location did not have a friendly attitude because of them being busy & having high drive times. I’ve ordered doordash from this place & had the manager go back & forth with me over the phone over a chicken burrito I bought & they didn’t provide. Everytime I come here the man on headset talks over me & will argue with me over me choosing all Tater Tots as a side for my Fiesta Platter which you can definitely do. If you’re ever wondering why your Crisp Chicken Burrito is half way opened or burnt it’s because they’re frying it too long & more than half of the time they’re still handing them out. I worked at Taco Time & I know the names of managers AND people that are still employed there so unfortunately I will be making some calls. To know that there are now problems like mold smell is ridiculous.

Came around 9pm and used drive thru. Only one car ahead of me and I was starving. Ordered the #3 combo soft taco meal with a coke. Waited about 10- 15 minutes behind the first car and was handed the food and drink by a courteous woman, and I left. I live not even 10 minutes away. My coke was great, but my food was cool to the touch. In fact, my soft taco was pretty cold. I unwrapped and noticed how small it was, like I paid $14 for this meal??? Oh well, bit into it and, yes..not only was it small, but it was cold because there was hardly any meat in it. I was so bummed! I ate it and minus the lack of meat it was fine, but small. Probably will take a bite before I drive off the next time.

Normally Taco Time doesn’t disappoint, as fast food at least, but epic fail tonight. Got in the drive thru at 5:55, did not exit until 6:35. Absolutely ridiculous, especially because there were only 3 cars in front of me. And of course, no offer to reduce price, or at least throw in a free something for the massive inconvenience, because don’t forget this drive thru traps you!!!! Leaving was not an option! Timer pic showing my order taking almost 30 min. Got home 7 min later, both meals were terrible, soft taco meal and 2 crunchy taco meal. Meat was barely warm and was dry, like it had been sitting in a pan all day. Tots were tasteless. Wasted time, wasted $30, so just lost a customer.
Follow up: Taco Time reached out and are making this right. Impressed by the customer service.

Really underwhelming. i got a soft taco meal which felt like it would cost $6 at Taco John’s for $13 and my soft taco looked like a burrito. The chicken soft taco burrito was decent but the flour tortilla overpowered it based on the size. The tots were fine. They give you a number and run the food out to your table. It seems to take awhile for what it is…
