Really disappointing. It is one of two AAFES restaurants on post, and it fails to serve our community’s needs on a regular basis. Closing hours before advertised, putting ONE slice of roast beef on a 6-inch sub, always running out of condiments. I understand that many of the employees are young, but it seems like some of the issues are out of their control. West Point deserves better. A restaurant operated this poorly would never remain open off post.

Worst subway ever! We stopped yesterday while visiting West Point they had (1) sandwich loaf NO chips at all No olives the server looked at me like I was stupid wen I asked if he was going to chop my chopped salad, which he did not, rolled his eyes at pretty much every aspect of our order. The lady at the register was rude and also seemed bothered to have to do her job and the dining room was filthy. I would not recommend this subway.. after this experience.. I’m just turned off by subway. The only reason they’re getting one star is because I have to give a star to write this review.

I love to visit Subway especially in a COVID era. The order ahead application was great to use unfortunately this store now blocks payment in the application so takes longer to order with the social distancing and lines. If they change this, I would gladly rate it higher.

Very clean but what surprised me was how friendly the staff was. Not what I’m used to see when I go to a subway. I had to leave a 5 stars review for the great service. (Sunday 1PM shift)
