Me and my wife had a great experience ..ice cream made right and generously topped ..the custard was very good at least to me …i got the vanilla with my churro sunday ..my wife got a make shift strawberry cheescake sunday ..while they had all the stuff it was not a sunday on the menu ..they kindly accommodated us…it was still made to order perfecrly ….6/21/12:26 pm ..

The ice cream and custard here are amazing. Always good and fresh. I like that I can get pup cups to share with my babies. The food side isn’t up to snuff but the ice cream totally makes up for it.

Inconsistent sizes, the person in front of me ordered a large. I ordered a Large. Their’s was towering, almost 2x the size of the dish. Mine barely went a quarter inch over the dish. The girl across the counter gave me a cocky look as if she wanted me to say something. Instead I took my ice cream and left. They need a manager watching over these kids at all times. It was 90 degrees out today, I just wanted what I paid for. I’ll be going to Hoovers from now on.

This used to be our favorite place to visit. We stopped by for a visit and it looked incredibly run down. The booths are really broken feeling inside and uncomfortable, there was garbage all over the floor and stuff smeared on tables, and garbage all over the floors. There were lots of kids working but nobody was addressing it. We were there for almost 25 minutes and nothing was addressed. Bought an ice cream from a girl was didn’t seem very happy that we were ordering anything. No smile, no personality whatsoever. She even dropped my ice cream in a different flavor which I joked about, and she didn’t even giggle or say sorry. Just picked it back out and put it on my cone. Ordered 2 baby ice creams, 1 in a dish, 1 on a come and it was over $6. Sorta nuts since platters is right down the raid and about half the price. Just sad to see where it has gone since this used to be our absolute favorite place to visit. Just my experience though.

Very disappointed. I spent almost $53 to throw half of it out….the orange chocolate milkshake was bitter….and the fruit scoops doesn’t taste right…has minty aftermath and isn’t as sweet as it usually is…. the employees didn’t care when we told them things didn’t taste right. Wont be back again unfortunately and we where regulars…. time to find a new ice cream shop….
