This is your Starbucks store but with above average service. The staff is attentive and genuinely seem interested in helping. The atmosphere is a huge miss though. The music is played at a level that makes it difficult to hear conversations or listen to audio with noise cancelling headphones. This is not an ideal location for working or studying. remotely.

This is my “Go To” Starbuck’s restaurant that I love, love, love! They love my dogs & my dogs love them. Whether it’s a hot brew or cold one the coffee is a must. Pup cups for the boys & egg bites & sometimes a cake pop too. However it’s served we are all happy & Poe gets a little too excited sometimes and starts howling or crying during the wait. lol – We will always be loyal customers to Starbucks!

They literally made me break $20 just for penny short. I told them they had pennies in tip box. Just take one penny she said no we can’t..so have to break my 20s got my change and I drop 95 cent in tip box and told her please don’t let someone break their big buck just for penny… stupid training.. lot of competition remmeber..and one penny cost them this bad review… poor business strategies..

Everytime I come here, they get slower and slower. It’s always this location… From the order speaker to the pickup window…21 mins. I’m gonna have to find somewhere else to get coffee. This is completely unacceptable!!!

UPDATE: This Starbucks has changed TREMENDOUSLY. From the quality of your drink to the baristas behind the counter, this is by far a better location than the market street location.

Who puts strawberry Pure in a strawberry refresher? Not worth the drive back.

Very nice place. I frequent a lot of Starbucks in the region and I have not had any issues at any of them. The staff is always so polite and a joy. They actually brighten my day. I almost forget I’m in a drive thru when they greet me because then I start a conversation as if they are my best friend lol the drinks are always on point. I never want for them to end!

I come here before work to get my coffee around 9-10 but I start work at 7:30 on Friday’s so I placed my online order through the app around 6:30 and came and got it. The staff Monday-Thursday that work around the 10 am shifts are amazing. They always make my order right! But I came here today on Friday and the girl forgot to put my caramel drizzle in that I paid 60 cents extra for. A different employee put it in but I could barely get the lid off. I asked for a Trenta cup of water with a lot of ice she barely gave me any ice. I was drinking it and didn’t taste any caramel so I went to my car in the parking lot just to realize that the caramel is just sitting at the bottom meaning she did not mix it so I had to go in there and mix it myself. I’m a regular customer I’m there 5 days a week sometimes twice in the same day in the morning and on my break so I was shocked to see that this new staff did such a bad job. It was so messily put together. I was also shocked because certain staff don’t mix drinks and now Starbucks is starting to act like dunkin and not mix their drinks. I get Starbucks because the coffee quality is and tastes better. It’s a little bit on the pricey side but it’s worth it when my coffee is made right. All I’m saying is mix the drinks, put what we have on the paper in our drinks especially if it costs more money. The 3 stars is only because of the late morning/ afternoon shift employees. They’re amazing! I would’ve rated a one star if it wasn’t for them.
